The new Clark Barnes and noble is very nice and clean and since it’s new the facilities are in great condition. I came in and was welcomed by a cashier named Raymond. He told me where I would find what I was looking for. As I went to the area I was helped by Kevin. Kevin was able to answer all my questions with patience and helped me decide on which book to purchase. He also multi tasked and helped another customer as he was helping me with a great attitude. Read moreWasted my time here. As a person of color, they followed me around the store, maybe like 2-3 associates, pretending they were fixing books but giving me "that look". I am an avid Barnes & Nobel shopper online and in store so I don't appreciate the profiling. The store is cramped, disorganized, there is no black author section like some of the other Barnes in Nobel, it didn't feel warm and welcoming either.
