Gina the manager is the definition of customer service, she is absolutely phenomenal and the definition of customer service, I had a slight issue with no receipt and exchanging and she took care of everything so quickly so I didn’t have any hassle, she’s incredible and so friendly, the store is always so neat and organized and everyone that works there is extremely friendly & helpful. Alot of the reviews that are one star are people complaining about employees not asking them if they need help??? It's a freaking 5 below, most people already know what the hell they're going to get before the even go in the store. Hows about you ask an employee for help karen... I honestly prefer this 5 below compared to the one on route 22 due to there being less people, having a shorter line than the one on 22 and the employees are not as busy as the one on 22 meaning they can help...
