My recent visit to Target Clark left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. The store employees displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy. It was clear that their primary focus was on rushing paying customers out the door, even resorting to rude behavior. To make matters worse, they completely ignored a group of unruly teenagers - Becca, Sara, Josh, Emily, and Alex - who were running amok through the store aisles. They were yelling their names and running after one another!
The store's condition was equally dismal. The shelves were shockingly bare, with many of the essential items I needed nowhere to be found. Instead of a well-organized shopping experience, I was greeted by a sea of boxes obstructing the already cluttered aisles. Clothing items were strewn across the floor, giving the impression of a disheveled mess rather than a reputable retail establishment. The sight of old food containers and discarded drink cups only added to the unsanitary atmosphere.
The complete disregard for cleanliness and order was truly astonishing. It's as if the store had given up on maintaining even basic standards of hygiene. The overpowering stench of stale food and spilled drinks lingered in the air, making it an unpleasant environment for any shopper. This disregard for cleanliness not only affects the shopping experience but also raises concerns about the overall health and safety of the customers.
In conclusion, my experience at Target Clark was an absolute nightmare. The combination of rude and lackadaisical store employees, the chaotic presence of wild teenagers, and the deplorable state of the store itself made for an appalling visit. It's disheartening to see such a once-reliable retailer fall so drastically in terms of customer service and store maintenance. Read moreWorst target I’ve been to in my life. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. like many others go to target to peruse, browse, enjoy a little downtime as I shop for necessities. This target is absolute trash. I moved to the area recently and at first thought they were likely renovating or receiving an overhaul of materials that’s taking time so the store is a mess. Nope! There are boxes upon boxes of inventory that they either have not stocked or have not put away. They block up the aisles so you can’t even get to the items that are in stock and they taken up the carts just to stuff misc. items, leaving no carts for customers to use. Everytime I come to this target, I leave empty handed and annoyed that I wasted my time because 1) I couldn’t find something or 2) they were out of it or 3) I couldn’t get to it because the containers of products were just blocking the aisles. I only come here because it’s 5 minutes from my house but I think I need to start going elsewhere and this target seriously needs to be shut down. I don’t think anyone would care because it’s clear the employees don’t do any work and the general manager probably doesn’t work either. Worst target ever. Like how do not have employees that actually work to unpack the materials, how do you have expired goods on shelves, that’s a health violation. The trash can outside of target is forever filled to the brim, the second you walk into the store, you are just areas all a mess as if someone ransacks it daily. Such a disappointing target. I went to return it, and when they scanned the barcode on the app after I started the return, the lady told me I could not return it. This is the first I’ve heard of this wasted my time driving down there. When I first arrived at the customer service, there was a lady complaining to an associate who then got the manager and promptly handled the customer and went well above in his words and I quote. I don’t do this for anyone, but I will do this for you“ . So now that I have a problem, I ask the associate to get me that same manager however I was greeted with I am the manager and then I said no the other one to which she replied I will try and see if I could get him. I then went and made a purchase and came back to customer service where this associate then avoided me for several minutes realizing I wasn’t going anywhere she finally came back and I asked again where the manager was and she said she will see if she can get him again she doesn’t know. I then said to her I guess my time wasn’t as valuable as a lady before to which she then laughed, knowing exactly what I was referring to. It’s very sad because I didn’t want anything extra like the lady before me. I just want my money back.
