**UPDATE. I’m giving this place 3/5 stars simply because the store owner saw my review and was willing to take back the wrong item and send me what I purchased free of extra charge. However, I cannot forget the way the sales guy was trying to convince me I was wrong. I too worked in sales for many years and it is basic knowledge not to blame the customer for your own mistakes. So thank you store owner.
What you pre-purchase and are promised in-store is NOT what you get. I purchased 2 EXTRA FIRM mattresses during this past weekend, but was only given one and the other plush. The sales guy, tries to convince me they’re the same except the plush has plush. Like please, don’t try to fool me. I already owned a plush beautyrest mattress in the past and it’s definitely not an extra firm. I pointed out to the delivery men that my mattress isn’t Extra Firm, they told me to lay real quick with the thick plastic still on and to give them an opinion on the spot. Like uhh there isn’t an actual extra mattress for me to feel a difference at that point. I do my research with beautyrest and find out that they’re lying to me. I give the sales guy, R, a call back and he’s at it with his over explanation that it’s a defect in the tag and the mattress is actually extra firm 😂 Wow. I’m not fooled. And was told the only way to exchange was if I paid the delivery men again bc a refund or credit was not acceptable for the mattress itself. Don’t do it. Read moreSo I’m gonna change my review now because I just got off the phone with the store and their management is absolutely pathetic selling cheap merchandise and not caring after it sold long story short I purchased two mattresses from them in October paid $650 for both of them And was told there was a warranty after having these mattresses delivered to my house they were different mattresses one was firm and was medium firm but I was just happy that I had a bed about three months. I noticed the bottom was starting to get thin. Now, seven months later, all the edges of the bottom is ripped foams coming out I called the manager and they could care less they want to try to do was say that it was my fault Gonna be responsible for repairing it that’s fine.
