FOOD IS GOOD, BUT THEY SERVICE CAN BE RUDE NO MATTER HOW NICE YOU ARE TO THEM. I ORDERED 3 MEALS TODAY AND ASKED FOR AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT AND I NOTICED I WAS CHARGED MORE THAN WHAT THE MENU SAID..I ASKED THE LADY WHO RUNG ME UP AND SHE SAID TO ME THE MENU’S ARE THE OLD PRICES AND IF I HAD A PROBLEM LET THE MANAGER KNOW. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID HE NOT THERE🤔…AT THIS POINT I JUST WANT TO EAT AND WHEN SHE ASK ME DO I WANT ANY CONDIMENTS I SAID ONLY DUCK SAUCE AND SHE LITERALLY ONLY PUT 4 IN MY BAG AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A FEW MORE SHE GOT UPSET WITH ME….I KINDLY LET HER KNOW FIRST OFF YOU OVER CHARGE ME FROM THE PRICES THAT I SEE ON THE MENU AND THE SIGNS YOU HAVE HANGING UP, I ALSO JUST SPENT $38 DOLLARS IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AND IF I ASK FOR EXTRA DUCK SAUCE YOU SHOULD NOT BE MAD AT ME JUST LIKE I WASNT MAD AT YOU FOR OVER CHARGING ME WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW THE PRICES HAD CHANGED..AGAIN I LOVE THE FOOD JUST WISH IT COMES WITH A LITTLE GRATITUDE THAT IM SPENDING MY MONEY IN THERE...

Worst customer service ever , if I could give no stars i would , I order from there 2-3 times a week and order always comes in missing either food or utensils. I made an order of 2 shrimp with garlic sauce and another order of fried shrimp with shrimp fried rice and I repeated twice the order to the girl on the phone to make sure that she understands but apparently they just say yes yes without having the knowledge of what the customer says. Also order sent with no forks or tissues whatsoever , I don’t quite understand how are we suppose to eat our food. It’s an unforgiving mistake to order food and send it out with no utensils. Especially if I’m a normal customer there . Really upset with the service and I don’t think I’ll ever go back again . We have nothing bad to say about this location for Chinese food. We do have other locations that we typically go to, but being Sunday, they were closed. And having been here a few previous times we found their Chinese food to be very good. Upon our recent visit we found that their Chinese food has maintained its quality and taste. They have even prepared two windows for minimal contact pickup. One is at the entrance and one is by the counter. This will ensure this location will be open for business if we are close to shutting down again. Our service here again today was excellent. We ordered in the store and waited at our table for the food to be ready. However there is no eating in at this location The only tables are for sitting and waiting...
