Been staying here almost 3 weeks with my dad because my sister is in the nearby hospital having a medical emergency. We moved rooms 3 times and checked in and out a few times to extend the reservation. The TVs are kind of weird because there's no way to change the input method, despite what the remote says. You have to put your HDMI cord into the back where one is already inserted, rather than into the open one on the side. The first room came with a fold out bed (which I slept on, of course). It wasn't comfortable. We changed rooms after learning my sister would have a longer stay in the hospital, and I got a queen-sized bed that was much better. The third room had a few problems. The television jack wasn't in properly, so I had to re-insert it. The drawers were kind of messed up. The top one doesn't push in smoothly, and the handle is swinging on the second. I tried to screw it back in, but it came off again. There was a home football game one night and the hotel was packed, which made us aware that the parking lot was lacking sufficient spots. We had to park along the edge of the driveway. The view isn't anything to brag about. On one side you can spy on Denny's and the other displays construction. The staff was friendly. My dad is used to waking up early, so we were always downstairs at the brink of dawn for the free breakfast. He kept complaining about the pancake maker not functioning, which got on my nerves and I'm glad the staff didn't knock him out LOL There's a refrigerator and microwave in the room as well.

After previously staying at a different hotel for this job this was such a pleasant experience! The last hotel was filthy but as soon as I walked into my room I saw the remote was sterilzed and in a sanitary pouch, everything was spotless and they even cleaned the air filters in the air conditioner prior to check in. The room layout was traditional which I greatly prefer over the designs that have the bathroom as the hallway. The water pressure was strong and the temperature was pleasantly hot. The staff is friendly and helpful! I was diagnosed with COVID yesterday and they were nice enough to bring me breakfast and they are printing a document I need for work and delivering it to my room! There's free onsite parking and there's lots of places to eat in walking distance including a 24hr Denny's right across the street but the hotel breakfast is good. They even have an automatic pancake machine! The only issue was my door didn't close without pulling on it, hard causing me to occasionally leave it open when I left and opening it makes a loud bang which I felt bad about when leaving very early in the morning. I will definitely stay here again in the future when working for this client.

Everything was great until it came time to check out. My girl and i were booked here for her to have a 2 day surgical procedure that was of the very emotional kind. On day 2 (the actual procedure) there were some complications that caused us not to get done and out of the clinic until almost 1am. The next morning she was in ALOT of pain and wasnt supposed to move a whole lot. She also wasnt supposed to drive and the ride we had arranged fell through. We called the desk about 10 mins prior to the 11am check out and explained everything and the front desk lady was very understanding. At about 11:45 someone heavily BANGed on the door (an older bald gentlemen i assumed was a manager) very angrily told us we need to leave, insisting we leave the door open while i gathered my bags and made sure i didnt forget anything. I figured we would sit in the lobby and wait for our ride. We were sitting outside trying to arrange a backup ride just in case and within 5 mins the manager came out and very ignorantly asked what our plans were.... When he was fully AWARE of the sensitive reason i was even there at all! A few mins later we found out our ride was 8 mins away and i informed the manager....happy to get out of there. I know the surgical clinic that booked the BW uses them alot so i will be informing them as well. Under the sensitive nature of the reason we are there, i wouldnt wish anyone experiencing what we did at the end being in pain and having to deal with something out of our control and frustrating as it is trying to get home. Having that man be ignorant and acting like it was an issue to have to wait in the lobby for our ride..... What if we had a later flight we were stalling for instead?? Why was that such an issue i do not know. I do know i will NOT BE USING the best western on any of my future travel plans...and i travel frequently. Its a shame because until then it was fine. I usually dont even leave bad reviews i just dont return. But this was so disappointing i had to...

I've stayed at Best Westerns in the past and although they aren't the most updated, they are pretty decent for the price. I recently stayed at this location for work. At first glance the hotel was fine just as i expected. After staying just one night, I returned to my room after work hoping to relax and to my surprise I saw a bug of sorts on my bed. If you are anything like myself, once you see one you automatically feel that there are more. So ripped the bed apart hoping to ease my mind but nope, there were definitely more. I counted about 5 of these little bugs in my bed. I have no idea what they were but of course my first guess were bed bugs. I notified the front desk ASAP and the woman came to my room to take pictures to I suppose notify her manager. She offered to move me to another room and I initially agreed but, after thinking about it, I was so freaked out by this possible infestation I wanted OUT! I went down shortly after the discovery to check out early. I had about 2 more nights left on my reservation. I will note that I was NOT offered any type of discounted price or any type of accommodation other than when I was given the option to switch rooms. Having worked in customer service for a while, I know that is 100% unacceptable. I had to ask the front desk person if it was possible that I not be charged for the remainder of my stay and possibly the one night I stayed there as well. That i found to be poor customer service especially given the circumstances. Overall, the front desk person that helped me was very kind and understanding which I appreciate. I just find it unacceptable that I had to ask if there was anything else they could do to help me with this huge inconvenience instead of the other way around. For those wondering, I did get refunded. All in all, I don't see myself staying at this location again if another...
