Shelly is incredibly well informed about hair challenges both treated and untreated. She is patient and thoughtful and consequently understands where you are trying to go with your hair and how to get there in the healthiest way possible. We discussed in detail my past health struggles impacting my hair. She was not daunted by my challenges and more than a week out I understand why she had no concerns. Her hair science is expert level. She clearly understands the “mentality” of hair and applies it with great success (at least for my situation). I’ve had the same hair stylist my entire life my first cousin it was hard finding someone to care for me and the health of my hair.
