Very very dirty. Please read and trust this review! I rarely leave negative feedback but this has been an awful experience and we haven't even slept yet. BOTH BEDS were clearly very dirty upon check in... so I removed the top blankets to find what we think was vomit on both beds. The sheets were thrown around and scrunched up. They clearly hadn't been changed since the last guests. Just the top blankets fixed. So I immediately removed all the bedding to find that one mattress was missing the protector, and the other covered in hair and possibly soda or sauce. I called to the front desk and asked for new sets of clean sheets and explained the disturbing situation..They offered no apology and asked if we wanted to be moved to another room because they were too understaffed to bring us clean blankets. I got a bad attitude. I responded " no. Because I no longer trust those beds are clean, so I will still request new sheets anyway". They said.. and I quote... "k, fine then, come down and get new blankets" Upon my husband getting down to the front desk, he never received any apology. And the house keeper responsible said to my husband " i didn't change the sheets because the beds looked already made" my husband responded " so you dont think its necessary to change the linens after guests stayed because the beds look made?" ....AND THEY THEN TOLD MY HUSBAND TO BRING THE DIRTY VOMIT SHEETS TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM BECAUSE THEY WERENT PICKING THEM UP FOR US.. HONEST!!.. They also only gave us top sheets and wouldn't provide new blankets because they said they don't use fitted sheets on their beds, and they don't have enough blankets so they have one of each per room. That wasn't the end of this ordeal and we've had more issues since with dirty linens. A few hours later I attempted to request 2 extra pillows for my son, and they made it a 20 minute ordeal because they didn't have any extra, but then finally did after I got angry. Those had a bad smell. They left used bottles of shampoo and lotion in our room instead of exchanging for new ones for new guests. There was hair stuck to the sides of the tub, so my toddler is showering to avoid touching anything instead of taking a warm bath. It took 3 requests to get pillows to the room. Then the man who checked all 3 of us in, tried charging extra for my husband and son because he said my reservation was for 1 person. So suddenly he wants to charge more after we complain, but HE HIMSELF checked us 3 into a TWO BED room. He knew at check in how many people there were. We wouldnt give permission for the extra charge. At the end of the night, when all was supposed to be done, my son pulled out a dirty diaper chsnging pad from under the bed. So my husband looked under the beds to find complete filth and tons of trash! How disgusting!!! It was never ending in that one little room. Why are we still here?? . Because it was a luxury to be able to afford a hotel at all for us and get away, and its already paid for through expedia. We called expedia and they couldn't immediately offer help the same night. Read more👍 Inexpensive, close to the freeway. Accessible room is nice in size. 👎 No microwave or coffee maker in the room, king mattress is way too soft. UPDATE: After 4 days and 3 nights at this location, bottom line is this place is horrible! Carpet was old and dingy with buckles throughout like there had been water damage and it never was stretched back out to alleviate the wrinkles. There were stains of who knows what on the walls, ceiling and on the furniture. Wi-Fi was unstable and never connected. Cell signal was 1 bar and at times there was no service at all in the room. Front desk staff were rude and not customer service driven. Key cards for room access demagnetized 2x. Called from the phone in the room to ask for replacements and was asked, "If the cards didn't work, how are you in the room?" Luckily my wife was in when u went to the car otherwise we would have been locked out! Front desk told me I would have to bring my ID to the front desk in order to obtain replacements. Outrageous! When asked if they could send someone to the room with the replacements, informed, "We don't offer that kind of service here" Asked for new towels and after 2 hours of waiting had to hunt down housekeeping, give them my used towels before they would provide me new ones. I thought the 1st time we stayed and the toilet overflowed and the room seemed less than mediocre it must have been an just that room, but this has been our second stay and all things point to this being a cheap old hotel. Read moreWe stayed in one room for 2 days it was very nice & clean you can smell the bleach in the bathrooms which is awesome letting me know they cleaned in there I like how they have a bed and a extra couch the room was non smoking we prefer that because it's not stuffy in the room all the furniture was nice and clean looked brand new not old or torn up I like staying in nice rooms the only thing I didnt like was that there was a fridge no microwave and the fridge didnt even leave anything cold we came and went to a smoking room when we first walked in it was stuffy and hot I expected a cold clean room the room was better came with a iron board a desk a table a bigger couch a nice bed TV the only thing that can be better is how it was stuffy and the air was off i prefer walking into a clean smelling room we make reservations because we get points and its cheaper for our situation and to secure the room however the front desk be trying not to help you with that or say theres problems when theres really not all because they want the full rate room 79$ is what we paid regular online 51.37$ With Our Rewards Points & they know that so they try to use everything in the book to say that you cant get the reservation or there are no rooms or because its after 9 they cant take it which is stressful enough that we are struggling and we just need somewhere to lie our head and we deal with issues here at the front desk 2 stars for caring and respect 3 stars for the smokey room 5 stars for the clean room I was in overall...
