I always get out of work pretty early in the morning and usually get food on the way home from work most of the time I go to Del Taco I always have a really positive experience thanks to the worker named Jaime. From the moment I approached the speaker, Jaime is always friendly and helpful, making it easy to use the mobile app. I appreciated how patient he is and he helped me understand the app more when It wasnt working the way I thought it was supposed to.

When I pulled up to the window, Jaime greets me with a smile and ensures my order is correct. It feels nice to see someone who cares about their job and the customers. The food is always fresh and tastes great, which is always a plus! Overall, I leave feeling satisfied not just with my meals, but also with the service. So let's start off by I had to press one start to review this restaurant they don't even deserve 1 half of a star. So I went thru drive thru and was met by a hostile employee by the name of Rosa she hurried me up through my whole order. Didn't get to order what I needed to order because she kept trying to hurry me up was very unprofessional and not courteous at all I frequent this place very often and was never met by such unprofessionalism. once I was at the window I added to my order not a lot of things just one taco and two drinks and Rosa stated that next time she won't let me order at the window. it's not often that I have to add at the window but because of roses unprofessionalism and uninviting service I had to add at the window I'm going to go 2 miles further to the other Del Taco if I have to go to Del Taco there's one on Waterman and...

So my dad and i came to this Del taco for lunch and my dad ordered a macho beef burrito and 2 tacos and a drink and i ordered carne asada fries no tomatoes and 2 tacos and a drink. When we pulled up to the window we paid and the cashier handed us 2 bags with all the tacos and the carne asada fries and the drinks and was like okay you can go and i checked the bags and my dads burrito was not even in the bag and we were like where is his burrito and she was like oh ... Then she gave us the bag with the burrito and we pulled out to leave i was just about to dive in to my carne asada fries and notice there is tomatoes all over so we go back into the drive threw and let them know when they remade my fries the meat and guacamole were old the meat was hard and the guacamole was dark green i couldnt even eat them!
