Bob's Motel — Hotel in Commerce

So I payed 220 for two nights and I get home from work owner come out all mad saying I can’t park here I need to move all aggressively, mind you I’m coming home from a long shift at work and I ask why I don’t have parking if I’m staying for two nights he said “ I only charge you 220 these rooms go for 150 “ so I proceeded and asked him why he didn’t tell me that in the first place I would of never payed for a room this expensive in this area and specially at that price could of afforded the double tree hotel at the same price if that was the case I could of had a better experience and so could my family . Never again returning...

Very, very bad, prejudice, racist customer services at a very high price, I was questioned and accused of having fake driver's license (out of state license), I grew up in this area and every so often I come to visit my family, I was treated very unfair by management for having an out of state license, eventually I got a room (it was late i didn't have many choices), $112 for a single bed room, dirty and smelly, stained towels and just local channels.

I have paid less at a 5 🌟 hotel with great costumer service, i won't use this people ever again and I would advise everyone to not use...

I stayed here 2 nights with my wife. The Owner or manager is very unprofessional he will knock on your door a few minutes early for you to get out and the sheets and pillows had hairs all over them. In addition the toilet had pubic hairs on the rim. Definitely not sanitary at...
