After visiting many furniture stores and dealing with many salespeople, we found good products and bad products, we had good service and bad service. Our last stop was Macys home store and my fiancée loved a sectional but sadly it was just a little too big for our space. So we left and decided to check out Lovesac on the way out. It was never on our list because the look wasn’t what my fiancée wanted (modern, all leather) I on the other hand told myself, like 10 years ago, that I will own Lovesac furniture because it was very comfortable and could see it lasting a long time so I was very excited to check it out. We entered the store and were greeted by Rosa. She was the best sales rep we worked with throughout our search for a sofa. She knew what she was talking about, was confident and quick with answering questions. My fiancée really enjoyed her experience and of course the sactional. She sat on the standard and I sat in the lovesoft (like 5 times, and yes it was great each time) The fabric feel was great and even though it wasn’t leather, she was good with it because of the color she found. I stopped by the next day (today 6-12-23) because we saw there was a 25% off, applied for the 24 months 0 percent financing( got it) and pulled the trigger. The customization of the seats and washable covers sold it for us. Sure these may be more expensive than a big box store BUT not by much. But think about it, you’d be stuck with one layout. You can change this up each time you have guest over to really confuse them. Overall, everything has gone well but of course the upfront part of sales tends to be that way. My wife and I were so happy we bought our Lovesac in-store at Montgomery Mall! While the website is helpful and packed with information, nothing compares to the in-person support we received from Sharleta. She was incredibly patient with all our questions and genuinely informative at every step.

My experience with LoveSac has been amazing from start to finish. I knew when I moved that I wanted to purchase a functional sectional and have it last more than a couple years. I call this my “big girl couch” because it is the first time I’ve spent a substantial amount of money on a piece of furniture. And I know it was well worth it!
