My daughter and I visited Tea Mansion this weekend and immediately knew that this place was special. Amitis greeted us as we walked in and ensured that we were comfortable with our learning and ultimate purchase. She was gentle in her delivery and made really complex tea concepts simple. She helped us pull together a beautiful gift (and even wrapped it) and made us delicious drinks! She made this experience and store one that will go down in memory! Horrible customer service! As soon as my 9 year old son and I walked into the store, the employee told my son to leave his shopping bag on the counter at the front of the store - an Apple bag small enough to fit the iPad we had just bought. What did she think he was going to do?! Try to steal tea by slipping it into the bag?!?! He’s 9!!! And there was no way I was leaving a brand new iPad unattended on their counter.
