Beyond Parallel is one of the most unique and amazing gyms I have ever been to. If you want a gym filled with machines, rows of elliptical machines and TVs on the wall, this is not the place for you.

If you want to be healthier, work hard and motivated by those around you, you're looking in the right place. There will be people working out with shirts off, loud music, garage doors open but to me that is a selling point and reminiscent of the golden era of weightlifting. Beyond Parallel is a phenomenal gym and experience with great trainers and clientele. This is a place where the hardcore and the novice can exist in the same space without judgement. Ethan Helbig, who runs the gym, is not only a first class trainer but a first class person. He has not only changed my fitness habits but my eating habits as well. I’ve lost sixty three pounds since I’ve joined and have gotten stronger. At fifty two years old, I’ve been able to keep my bench, deadlift, and squat all above 450lbs. My son Lucas has been training with Ethan all of 2022 and most of his Division One offers he has received are a combination of his hard work and many tough, no-nonsense, and focused sessions with Ethan. The change in my attitude, appearance, confidence, friendships, relationships, parenting style, strength, healthiness, and overall happiness since joining this gym a year ago is astounding! The coaches here are world class and would do anything to help you to reach your goals in a safe and healthy manner! This place has truly become my second family and I love all my fellow members!
