Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Cranberry Township

We rush into the drive thru. Two cars lay in front of us. We crawl. After 15 agonizing minutes, we roll down the window of our car. We wait more, as no one acknowledges us. We wonder if we will ever eat again. Suddenly, a girl's aggressive voice startles us, offering to take our order. My pal orders a smoothie. I decide to order the widely-advertised Flavor of the Month: Cotton Candy. The worker barks back "We are out of Cotton Candy". The words ring in my ears. I check the day. It's the 4th of June. I never knew it was now Flavor of the Week. Too little too late. A tear rolls down my face. This may be the last treat I ever have. My dearest Dairy Queen in Cranberry Twp has betrayed me. This is not the service I have known to love and adore. I demand change. The American people deserve more representation within the ice cream community. I hope to see a change in this establishment. Thank you....

Disappointed doesn't even cover what happened on April 6th. Went in, knowing it was a busy time, was not the issue. We placed out an order at 6:38pm.

Waited.... Waited.... and Waited some more. All while watching about 15 cars go through the drive thru and those who ordered after us get their food.

Finally walked up to see why our food was taking so long. They asked what we had, very little apology, and said it would be right out. The food came out 3 minutes late. Hungry, we bit in, luke warm tempature at best. They made it earlier, never brought it out, and then gave us the old food that was sitting on the counter for the 20 minutes.

To top it all off, a family had sat down behind us, ordered 2 minutes before that, and they received piping hot food as soon as we got the old...

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TO!!!!! Came here not too late at night on a Saturday to get a ice cream cake. There were white people on front of my group who had two Asians in it. The people in front of us in like, the white party, got ordered up right away but then when we went up at the counter, everyone just stared at us! I took a photo of the people behind the wall at the counter. We could here them talking about their personal lives and playing around. We literally waited around for about 20 minutes before someone even came up to us. And the man wasn’t very nice he just took our card, smiled, and then sent us on our way. This is horrible.
