Stopped at 2:30 pm today, a Saturday. We were the only car in lot upon arrival. Have replaced roof, garage doors, and ready to do outdoor lighting; lamppost 2-3 wall lights and an over the garage light. Also starting detached garage that would need full compliment of lighting.

There were at least four employees in store; all women. Two seated and a couple on their feet, all towards back. We looked at wall display for five minutes without any offer of assistance. A man walked in and was greeted and assisted with a small matter. Then a couple walked in. We knew them and while the women had to ask for help (they were buying two overhead kitchen lights), we spoke to the man.

Still no help. Now my husband and I were dressed casually in tees and shorts as we were doing errands (storage unit, Lowes, etc.). The man had a polo shirt, and our friends were dressed for a more formal dinner. In any case, it makes me wonder how a business can miss a large purchase of about 8 to 12 lighting implements without so much as a "May I assist you?" Fortunately, they had a large catalogue of outdoor lighting and I am happy to say I found fixtures and will be obtaining them via internet or another vendor. We can always hire the electrician instead of using a store electrician as anticipated.

In my husbands words, "I'm not begging to have someone wait on me because I didn't dress up and look like I had money" BTW-He is retired from selling his business and I am a doctor. So much for casual Saturday shopping for big...

I sent her photos and she helped me design not only a perfect lighting fixture but was just as important or more important to us was the lighting ambiance. I don’t know about you, but the wattage and bulbs today has become way above my knowledge base.

That’s why we turned to their expertise for exactly what we wanted our lighting to be. They stand behind their products and their service is above and beyond. Thank you. We couldn’t be more thrilled and excited about it.

They have a good supply at Cardello, but we ordered an entryway chandelier that required shipment from the manufaturer. We specifically stated that we had a 4 week maximum wait time, which they said they could definitly meet. 6 weeks go by and no call from Cardello. I had called and they said that it's on backorder until March 17. March 17 comes and no call, so I called to ask where it was at and they said not until July! We had to cancel our order with them.
