Play 2 Wear — Local services in Cranberry Township

We went to play to wear to try on travel and in house SV uniforms and my 2nd grader began to dance as he needed to use the bathroom. He ran to the back room looking for a bathroom and ran back to tell me he needed to go. I asked the owner if we could please use the bathroom as it was an emergency and she rudely refused to let him use the bathroom and said "no public restrooms". I pleaded to have him be able to go and she refused to budge on letting him use bathroom. I understand there are no public bathrooms but as a company that serves children and the local schools the response was very rude and not caring to help in this emergency situation. She did not seem to care at all that we had an emergency. I am disappointed that we are forced to use a local business that is not caring and accommodateing to the kids they are suppose to serve for their business. I will be writing to SVSA regarding our treatment at Play to Wear and feel they need to expand their options for parents to purchase uniforms at other local businesses as nobody should be forced to deal with...

Short, nasty lady rudely demanded I leave the parking lot because it’s not garage parking, little did she know I was lost and trying to figure out where I was supposed to turn… TWO HOURS before they opened that day, 9 a.m. when they open at 11. How a LOCAL business can be so rude to LOCALS who aren’t even violating rules is insane to me. All these reviews about the owner make a lot of sense without ever even stepping foot in there. Look at her replies, complete lack of care for business relationships shows a clear trail to complete lack of people skills. Glad I don’t have the pleasure of knowing this miserable person. Can’t articulate enough how nasty she was, even if her product was top shelf quality, I’d rather buy from a homeless guy selling from a dumpster who actually has kindness. This place is SO unprofessional. The staff is rude and needlessly sarcastic. I asked the question because I didn't know- no need to mock or insinuate I'm stupid. I only go here because they are the only place in town making SV jerseys. If I had the chance, I'd open my own shop just to drive them out of business. They also take FOREVER to complete simple orders....
