Don’t stay here. Bugs and bad business practices. The phone line for this business doesn’t work. I asked Priceline to communicate with them that we had a late checkin due to weather delays at the airport and Service animals. We arrive at 1am and the front desk at first refused to check us in. Then when I explained that I already booked online he said okay and had like five available rooms. The intercom window is really hard to hear but he gives us a room card. Room 109 is what he chooses for us …it’s a deluxe suite. The room ends up being ten by nine feet. As we get our bags out of the rental car he comes and starts yelling at us because he didn’t know how big a golden retriever was and raising his voice to the point other people opened their doors. I calmly communicated that he needed to stop yelling, you can’t deny service dogs (Texas law and ADA) and let us go to sleep because of our doctors appointment the next day at the medical center. His yelling caused my heart monitor alert to go off. He leaves us alone at 2:30am. I then go to turn the bed cover down and see black bugs and the fire alarm is beeping because there’s no batteries and it’s fallen on the floor. We slept on top of trash bags that we placed over the bed for less then 4 hours, prayed no one in another room was a junky with a lighter, and left to another hotel asap. Priceline tried to get us a refund but can’t get ahold of...
Read moreI love these tiny yet splendidly furnished suites. The location is a proverbial stones throw away from the city's heart to the north and the famed Dallas zoo to the south. Rooms exit straight to your parking spot and the property couldn't be anymore highway accessible. The couple who manage it are very kind, professional, and down to earth. If you're looking for a room in which to do little more than repose then this hotel is one of the best kept secrets in Big D. Excellently priced these handful of expertly appointed rooms promise not only a great stay but a...
Read moreDO NOT STAY HERE. This place is a scam, the owner is definitely racist and the rooms are way low scale quality. There were crackheads asking me for money before i could even get in my room. The card he gave me for the door didnt work twice and he got aggressive and begin to raise his voice to me. I did not feel safe. The room was waaaay small. There were bugs. All these positive reviews are for sure fake. Like the walls were 2 feet from the bed. Just spend the extra, and its just a little extra, for a la quinta inn or something. But, DO NOT...
