I am highly upset at the unfair treatment received when I went for a tour at 1906 at Bishop Ridge apartments on 7/17/25. I encounter unprofessional treatment and discriminated against by the leasing staff ( three women that included the leasing manager.
I looked into 1906 Bishop Ridge apartments for 3 years then finally received the opportunity to tour an apartment. I contacted the office no answer. After several phone calls someone answered. I am provided the correct location of the leasing office.
I arrived for my appointment to tour an apartment When I walked in I am met by three women. One of the women who stepped up identified herself as the manager .
The manager said she is refusing to give me the tour of the apartment. She accused me of leaving a voicemail message cursing. The manager is inappropriate and acting very unprofessional the entire time. The two women standing behind the manager are smirking. The manager actually said the b word. I told the manager I did not curse her or leave a voice message. When I asked to the voicemail message to be played she manager refused.
If the manager is alleging I left a message cursing why did she tell me the location of the office. We had not spoken prior to e arriving at the leasing office. I told the manager my phone is connected to my hearing aids and a gentleman is telling me where to go at the same time she is speaking to me. She just shrugged her shoulders. No matter how many times I informed her that I did not leave the voicemail the more she going back and forth with me. She did not have the behavior or professionalism of a manager. She wanted a confrontation. I did not go back and forth with her.
I felt belittled and intimidated by the three women who clearly were bullying me and intimidating me. I feel discriminated against by these women due to my disability,
The manager continued to belittle me in front her staff. When I said "okay" she mimicked me and all of the women started laughing. I have called the corporate office as well as my mother to report the unfair treatment I received. This is serious matter needing to...

Over a year ago it seemed like she was the only one truly working to make things happen. One year ago it seemed like she was the first one in and last one out….If we saw the golf cart on the premises it was her..No matter how many questions I had or requests I made, Maya was always there, ready to assist with a smile. If she said I got you one time, she said it a thousand!!!! If I asked for something, 9 times out of 10, she made it happen, often going above and beyond what was expected. In my year there I saw some come and go but Maya stayed. And stayed with a smile.
Beyond her professionalism, it was her genuine care for people that truly stood out and her crazy sense of humor . Every time I walked into the office she had a smile. It’s rare to find someone who pours their heart into their work like she does. One morning around 5 A.M, somehow I got locked outside my apartment and she stayed trying to unlock my door until the owner came.. Yes the owner came !! Thank you...
