Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Dallas

Stay away. This location’s horrible reputation is deserved. I’ve been to this Popeyes about 5 times now bc I live close. I’ve had a bad experience almost EVERY time. Went their today, spent $38.00. First, the kid they had working drive through had an attitude and has near zero communication skills but worse he sounded like he obviously just didn’t care. I was nothing but polite and my order was super simple. Then tells me they only have breast and wings AFTER I pay. Then, half my order was missing. Then got home and every thing tasted off and bad. I threw it ALL away bc not only did it taste bad but I couldn’t trust that it was made safely after that experience. $38 down the drain. There’s always sketchy people hanging around and they don’t take care of the property. Popeyes Corp needs to step in here and...

Almost $18 for a sandwich combo and another sandwich+side. The side of Mac & cheese that was not part of the combo and paid full price for did not even fill the container. When I brought it inside from the drive-thru the woman with the most authority it seemed (manager?) said that's all I get and that it's "one scoop". The mac is almost $4, so it's nearly a dollar per fork bite you take... Maybe $0.25 per noodle? Then I went back to the car and found no fork was even given with it so had to go back inside and ask for one, but this time I had to wait behind a customer asking for a key to unlock the restroom (so that's the atmosphere of the place). I came to pick up our order that I ordered through the app and I asked for spicy tenders when I got there they gave me the regular tenders and i let them know that they gave regular tenders and the guy on the speaker said they only have the classic tenders available. I ask if they were unwilling to cook the spicy kind because I want what I paid for…. then another person comes and said the lady put spicy in the bag the spicy and regular just look the same…well no I tasted the tender that’s how I know it wasn’t spicy number 1 and 2 if y’all have spicy that would mean the precious guy lied.
