So, you'd think I'd like bread with my sub....
When picking up the order I checked and found it odd I only had one sub and then a salad. I didn't order a salad. I look at printed receipt, it says no bread, but I pull up my online confirmation, at no point does it say "no bread.". In fact, it says "bread," you know, as that's the default for most subs.
So, I go in and show them the online order confirmation...and the checkout kid is perplex and calls over another worker. Then they just kind of stood there...and I explained, I'd like bread for the meat salad they gave me. I gave them back the meat salad asking if they could just put it on bread...I got a huff and a "we'll have to remake it."
Then the kid asked me if I wanted it for there or to go....and I pointed at my to-go order in mild confusion.
I get it, there was a disconnect between the online ordering and how it ended up, that's fine. However, for me to basically "prove" I ordered a sub with bread was annoying, as was the lack of ANY effort to resolve it. ZERO. I literally had to ask them for the bread.
There was NO ONE in the store and the "to-go" section only had one other item and they had 3 or 4 workers.....
I also pointed out they didn't give me a pickle, they still didn't, and honestly I only have so many battles in my heart...
Read moreI just want to share some positive things first. First off, I absolutely love the manager. Some of her workers are amazing. But every time I go there, I have to be very very specific about how I want my sandwich done otherwise it will be a mess. It’s a fantastic sandwich place but some of her workers need better training regarding craftsmanship of making a sandwich. You HAVE TO be specific about what you want on it otherwise they’ll just throw everything on it. Which is understandable because that’s what the menu says.
I tell them to go LIGHT on the mayo and they just completely saturate the bread making it super soggy. They put WAYY too much meat on it. I honestly shouldn’t have to explain this. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location because I am tired of explaining myself of what to do and what not to do every time I order. I wish the best to everyone who visits and works at this location but the last time I visited and was actually satisfied.. the manager made my sandwich. THANK YOU! You go girl!

Read moreI asked for banana peppers and did not get them should’ve checked my food before leaving, however I called and spoke to Moses all he said was I’m so sorry and hung up without even trying to solve the issue. My mouth was set for the sandwich and I drove 20 minutes to get it and when something is missing it throws the entire sandwich off very disappoint my money isn’t free and I didn’t plan on wasting it. Customer service is something I take very serious which I was highly impressed with the service placing my order, but wasn’t when I discovered my order was wrong and Moses didn’t care! Again my money/time is not something I play with. I don’t need anything for free, but I do need what I paid for it’s super crazy how people are when the roles are reversed, if Moses and I switched places he wouldn’t have liked how he handle the situation SMH! Maybe I will just drive over to Jersey Mikes to get the customer service I deserve. The first review I left was bad, but now they have made changes and now they are a lot better your in and your out the guy on the register was amazing Jesus was his name thank...
