I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a bed from Robert at the Sleep Number store in Serramonte Center, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Robert went above and beyond to ensure I was matched with the perfect bed. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me patiently through all the options.

Not only did he help me find the ideal bed, but he was also incredibly flexible and open to negotiating a better deal for both the bed and the frame. His dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

It’s been 72 hours since my I8 bed was delivered, and both my dog and I are experiencing the most restful and fulfilling sleep we’ve had in a long time. Thank you, Robert, for your exceptional service and for making this such a positive experience.
