T.J. Maxx — Local services in Daly City

Very disappointed and irritated that the makeup is not inside a case to protect it from theft and idiots who touch the makeup. It’s disgusting and frustrating to buy anything because everything is opened. People are seriously animals who have no manners at all! I was looking through the makeup and tried grabbing an eyeshadow palette and it fell from my hands because it was open and shattered all over the floor. This is why I like Ross that they put all the makeup is plastic containers. I will be calling corporate to let them know. Besides that the other sections of the store seemed fine...

This review was done while TJ Maxx was located at the Daly City Westlake shopping center location. Somewhat disappointed when I came on 9-7-2017 because the escalator was out and the selections in EVERY department was practically bare. I also went upstairs to the home furnishings/kids section thinking it may be better but was even worse actually near empty, literally, so I asked an employee why it was so empty and was told this location is in the process of clearing inventory and moving to Serramonte mall. I also don't like the prices for clothes- just too expensive...

The older Latin lady coordinator with glasses and a black shawl was giving me a dirty look while I was walking to the line and looking at what I purchase is not like I’m going to walk out the store with the merchandise. She walk back to the register staring at me so hard. After her helping a guest with there purchase she just look at me when my turn and then walk away to put something back what a rude lady.
