Mattress Firm Country Club Corners — Hotel in DeLand

I’ve had nothing but misleading and horrible experiences with this company in the Deland Florida area. 3 years ago we bought the first mattress from the international Deland location. Three years into our purchase the mattress started caving in the middle. Do not believe the 10 year warranty they offer for these sinking in the middle issues we tried, they didn’t work. You can also look on Reddit, mostly everyone who has this issue isn’t successful getting a new mattress. There is no warranty!! We ended up going back and the temper Pedic route, the sales guy Brian at the Deland woodland location was particularly shady never stating that the the mattress we had laid on was broken into and therefore was much softer than the extremely hard mattress we were about to receive. The mattress we received was extremely too hard, a few weeks later we moved to the plush and paid an extra $1000 which was never disclosed in the case of an exchange for another temperpedic of the same size. To top everything off the same sales rep insisted and sold us the adjustable base, stating if we had any issues he would handle it. None of the temperpedic mattresses were winners but the rep who never told us about the fine print none refundable adjustable base said there was nothing he could do and now we are stuck with that thing. Same product - same town - different location - most importantly - different customer service agent! My husband and I went to one store and were dismissed almost as soon as we walked in and then followed around the store to only have the Most expensive mattresses pointed out but he never asked us one question about our sleep patterns, mattress preferences or price range. My husband suggested I go to the other store in town…and so glad I did! Doll met me when I walked in and asked how she could help. She showed me all the different mattresses and explained how each one was made…coils, memory foam or both (hybrid). She knew my price range but still showed me higher priced mattresses as an educational point - not a sales point. I never felt pressured toward any one product. I would recommend Mattress Firm for their quality products but I would not have purchased my mattress from them if Doll hadn’t been so helpful and...

I was lucky to have driven to the Deland location since Xavier, who is normally in the orange City location, was working there .. he assisted me immediately and politely as I explained current health concerns that require me to continue to use adjustable beds- I had done some research and already knew that I was leaning towards a hybrid - He immediately took me to the hybrids and had me try and adjusted them for me .. I had a very expensive Sealy cooling, adjustable with massage and wanted that feature in the new frame - happily the Temperpedic frame with lots of features was the one that sealed the deal -I was not sure about the amount of softness I was looking for and I believe I was shown the perfect one for me .....
