Starbucks — Restaurant in DeLand

EDITED.... I'm so glad Evelyn is gone the new manager is amazing ... Our drinks have been perfect everytime..👏 The new manager name Evelyn working at this location is down right disrespectful and very rude. She made my fiance's drink wrong which I understand things happen and he asked her to remake it. She then stated why does it need to be remade there isn't anything wrong with it. Had way to much milk in it plus had whip cream wasn't suppose to have no whip at all. We have been coming to this location very constantly for the past three years. We always spend anywhere from 15.47 and up to 23.00 at least 4 to 5 times a week. My fiance always gets the same drink a caramel ribbon crunch with no whip two espresso shots 5 pumps of frap roast with extra crunch pieces..... A employee suggested he get his drink poured into a trenta cup because so much of his drink gets poured down the drain that's left over. She refuses to let him get his drink made like that and said he can longer order it like that.Starbucks I thought was suppose to be how a customer wants their drinks made not just one pacific way!! A week after she was really nasty to my fiance we came here just to order my drink but she made a customer a certain drink and then poured it into a trenta cup. It wasn't a refresher I believe it was a nitro drink. How can you refuse to make a drink and not pour it into a trenta cup but then do it for another customer!!! I'm a manager and I would never treat my customers they way she treats hers. The other staff at this location is amazing and even tried to help her and said they are willing to make it because they are used to us and knows our drinks. She told them if they served my fiance the would be fired! It takes a team to run any place a manager can not run a business by themselves it would never work. This Starbucks is a hit or miss. Sometimes the service is great and sometimes it outright sucks. Yesterday, my Son and I can in with our refillable cups, places our order for two iced teas, two breakfast sandwiches, ordered another refillable cold and hot drink for take home. We sat inside for a bit and then went outside for about a half an hour because they got extremely busy and I’m claustrophobic and we were handling business (of my Dads passing). When we came in, I said we were just getting refills and she said you have to be in the store in order to get refills. I said oh we were outside dining, she said I’m not sure let me check. The manager came over with an attitude and points to outside and said “outside” as if he did t believe we were outside! I said we were inside & went outside blah blah blah, he said I will do it this time but we can’t do it anymore. I said okay...thanks and he started making our drinks with an incredible attitude! The girl rang ours up as a grande when the refillable drinks are Venti’s. So he hands my “Autistic Son” his 3/4 way full. He looks at me and say...Mom? I said it’s okay, maybe he’s getting more? He comes over with mine. I said thank you, do you mind filling them all the way. He huffs and says, I can add water but you paid for a water! I said no, I paid for a venti and I get a refill on a venti! He dumps both cups out and waste product and said she rang up a grande! I guess I will have to remake them!!! My Son and I looked at each other and I was ready to tell him...listen, I spend hundreds of dollars a month. I just traveled up the east coast buying mugs in every state, etc but he turned his little attitude around. You don’t treat...

I went to this Starbucks for the first time to get some work done early this morning around 7/8 am. I never been to this location before, so I incorrectly tried ordering in a spot where I believed it was reserved for deliveries but could easily be mistaken as a spot to order at. The first person I talked to was some blonde young girl. She gave me this offended, unemotional death stare like I was creeping her out or something when I was simply trying to order a coffee. She literally looked at me like I was from another planet, almost like she was pissed off at me. It kind of put a very bad start to my day based on how rude she was. I tried reflecting on what I did wrong, but could not find a reason for why she made me feel so unwelcome during this encounter and while I stayed there. Of course the next person that walked in got a greeting and was treated like an actual human. Truly put me in a bad head space at the beginning of the day. I felt like she kept giving me bad looks while I was working too. Made me feel uncomfortable...
