The issue I have with this location is the customer service from management. I placed an online order for 2 burrito bowls. One with EXTRA Carnitas, the other regular chicken al pastor. I also ordered a single bag of chips. All this was printed correctly on the receipt. When I picked up my bag from the to-go order shelf, I opened the bag (which was sealed shut with one of their stickers) and I immediately noticed that there were only 2 burrito bowls -no bag of chips. Then, as I opened the bowls to check the accuracy of the ingredients, the EXTRA carnitas bowl was significantly lighter in weight than the chicken al pastor one. I asked the cashier about it and I even asked "does one portion of chicken weigh more than 2 portions of carnitas?" The cashier (a very sweet young girl) said she didn't know but when she looked at both bowls, she agreed with me in thinking that it really didn't LOOK like the carnitas bowl had an extra portion. She went to get her manager. The manager came by and I said "when I opened my bag, there were no chips and as I'm holding these 2 bowls, the one that should have extra protein is significantly lighter, so I'm a bit concerned if the bowl that I paid an extra $3+ for really has the extra meat". The manager, with a very curt and condescending tone said "Well, we don't go by weight". That was it. They just stood there looking at me. They showed no sympathy nor did they even apologize for the missing chips (which another employee had to get for me). So, I quietly starting packing up my food while the manager asked me "do you need another lid for the bowls?" And when I said no, they just left. The poor sweet cashier looked at me with an apologetic look. And I said "the disposition wasn't there, so it's not worth pursuing a resolution." I completely understand how in the past years, entitled customers have ruined managers' perceptions and experiences. However, that is no excuse to be immediately dismissive and rude to those customers who are not yelling or being rude to you who just want to make sure they are getting what they paid for. Especially when there was already a mistake which with reason, created the concern of...
Read moreto go out to get something to eat even through a fast food place is something I really can't afford to do I'm not feeling well today I was just on my way home I decided to try the new Chipotle here in Orange City on Woodland Boulevard the rap music was so loud I had to ask three times what the guy behind the counter was saying the food was horrible it was cold as soon as I got home and tried to eat that thing called a burrito and I only live two miles away so it wasn't like you know it had a chance to get cold by the way. I mean it was ice coldas soon as I took it out of the wrapper it completely fell apart it was nothing but a thing of mush the wrap was all soggy and gooey and fell apart that burrito was $10 the $10 I could had a beautiful meal at Chick-fil-A if it was open Chick-fil-A is not open on Sunday that's why I went to Chipotle I will never go again Plus I'm having a lot of nerve damage in my leg it hurts a lot I work 18-hour days a lot of times I lost a little control of my leg and it wiggled and jiggled it almost fell out from under me and I don't know if the kids were laughing at me but right after I did that there was hysterical laughing I never look back to see or say anything I just wanted out of there I was in pain. I will never ever go back there again expensive and horrible I very very rarely ever give a complaint I don't want to see somebody's business get hurt but corporate people from this establishment if this is how you run stuff you don't deserve to have your jobs it is not managers is comes from corporate and you suck you do not train your people correctly and probably do not pay enough for any one to care. I am sorry I spent my too hard earned ten...
