I want to start this off by saying the lemon poppyseed cookie was the only edible cookie. Out of the 4 i got. I didnt try the french silk pie yet as i received a literal frozen cookie. And i dont trust it. I find it hard to believe that you can sell a frozen food and not disclose that to someone before they purchase it so they can atleast know if it is safe. I had to find this information out from a youtube review. This is my 3rd time purchasing cookies from this establishment. My first impression was subpar but, my kids loved the flavors so I purchased again. My second experience was WAY better. Fresh and tasty. This is the last time I will EVER buy cookies from this brand and location again. First of all, this is simply an observation but when most reviews state that they have received undercooked cookies its in your best interest to send a note or at the very least describe when you are selling a COLD cookie flavor such as the French silk pie so that the purchaser doesn't immediately want to throw it away. I wanted to love the raspberry cheesecake because that's my favorite flavor of cheesecake. I had high expectations. I cut it in half and was immediately horrified. Inside looked molded. There was a clear brown piece that looked very off-putting. The rest of the cookie was yellow. It struck me as odd so, I ignored it amd moved on to the next cookie. The caramel popcorn. The popcorn was soggy and inedible. And the cake was so sugary and dense that my tooth literally started hurting the minute the food touched it. We're Americans we eat plenty pf sugary things but this...this is overkill. Back to the raspberry cheesecake.. it tasted off and I'm pretty sure was tainted. What a shame. The 4 cookies were 17.95. Don't waste your money. Go to the dollar store and get the soft baked...
Read moreHonestly was excited to check them out after all the hype. All said and done the experience was a bit more hype than anything else.
Walking in it looked like I was walking into a wonderland of cookies with a billion cookie chefs working the assembly line… like something out of the movie elf. The display of cookies available looked amazing and I made my choice for one brownie buckeye (large cookie). At about $4 a cookie it is definitely gourmet pricing as an alternative baking company cookie (vegan cookie) is about the same size and $2.99 locally.
The Crumbl cookie came up hot and fresh within a min of our order. The service was courteous, quick, and kind and we were out the door minutes after we entered. My first thought upon trying to eat a cookie was hmmm this is how they got their name… as when I went to bite the cookie it literally broke into a million pieces of crumble. That said these are not the kind of cookies one can eat easily with your hands per say and or dunk in milk. So… I opted for a spoon to assist.
My first bite tasted pretty good but the 2nd bite made me cringe a bit from the way moisture was ripped from my mouth. It was an odd experience from such a soft and gooey item. It may have been way undercooked as my stomach was killing me an hour later. 🤢
All and all I wasn’t impressed… I unfortunately would rather opt for 4 $1 cookies elsewhere than one of these again. If I wanted to eat a cookie with a spoon I would have just cut out the oven and ate cookie dough. Just some food...
Read moreI frequently visit this establishment to purchase cookies, but yesterday marked my final visit. On this particular occasion, I had accumulated enough points to claim a free cookie, which understandably left me feeling excited to redeem my well-earned reward. However, upon reaching the register, a series of issues unfolded. I provided the redemption code to the cashier repeatedly, only to be informed that my points were insufficient. Confident that I indeed had the required amount of points, I expressed my concern to the cashier, who then sought assistance from what appeared to be a supervisor or manager. To my surprise, I was informed that the point system had been revised, requiring a higher point threshold for redemption—a policy change that had not been reflected in my app. Perplexed by this discrepancy, I pointed out the challenge this posed for customers who rely on accurate information from the app. The manager requested that I display the app once more, but unfortunately, my phone had died, rendering me unable to access the necessary information. As the manager was unable to retrieve my account details, I found myself growing increasingly frustrated and embarrassed by the situation, particularly with other customers present. Ultimately, I conceded to purchase the cookie to expedite the process, feeling disheartened by the experience. Regrettably, I have decided that this will be my final visit to the...
