THE HOTEL FROM HELL WITH BED BUGS, DIRTY SHEETS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

There needs to be an option to give 0 stars for this place. My friends and I stayed here for a few days and let me tell you how horrible this place is. The first night we were there we were getting ready to go to bed and my friend pulled back the comforter and found dirty sheets‼️‼️‼️‼️ How gross is that right?! I mean how can you give a room to your guests where the sheets weren't changed, what kind of hotel are you running here?! Trying to make the best of everything we called room service and told them about the dirty sheets and room service brought some over. The guy literally tossed her the sheets like ok here you go. Seriously what kind of customer service is that?! So again trying to make the best of it she changed the bed herself. The next incident was for our other room, we rented two rooms total. The water in that room NEVER GOT HOT‼️‼️‼️‼️ Called mantinence to fix it they came and it still wasn't resolved. How would you feel going on vacation where the shower is cold and the bed sheets are dirty?! Total disappointment‼️‼️

Next, yes I said next because there is more to this hotel horror story!!! We learned that room service is done every 3 days at this place. Which was definitely not clear on the website! I mean now I guess I see why the sheets that was on my friends bed was dirty if your room service only comes to clean every 3 days! That is DISGUSTING‼️‼️‼️ For a hotel with hundred/ thousands of people coming to stay at your business and they are doing some MEDICORE/ BARELY ANY CLEANING!!!!!! Understand that your hotel should have room service everyday to ensure the cleanliness of your rooms. Also we had to swap out our own towels at the front desk. YES, you read that right! Everyday we had to take our towels to the front desk to receive more towels!

Last thing, yes there is one more thing, the BIG ONE! THIS HOTEL HAS BED BUGS‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ BEWARE THIS HOTEL HAS BED BUGS‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️In our second room BED BUGS WERE FOUND‼️‼️‼️‼️ We saw the bugs on the last day and when checking out we told the lady at the front desk. Again she gave us a nonchalant attitude and answer saying " Oh ok well I'll let the manager know." Like she totally dismissed us and didn't care that we just found BED BUGS AT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I'm not sure of why she didn't show compassion or try to rectify the situation but it was like talking to a robot with that sad and emotionless response. Funny part is that my friend put the BED BUGS in a bottle and brought them to the front desk so that she could see and that's when we got a response. Sad right, this man literally had to catch the BED BUGS so that the hotel employee could show some emotion for what we had just encountered at their place of business. They still have yet to rectify the problem of course, after reading all of this could you really see them trying to provide excellent customer service and solving the issue of such a horrible stay??!!!! My hope is that you read this review and STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS THE HOTEL FROM HELL‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ YOU DESERVE MORE THAN TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND STAY AT A PLACE LIKE THIS WITH BED BEGS, DIRTY SHEETS, DIRTY ROOMS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER...

This shelter, hotel, motel—whatever this place is supposed to be—is an absolute hazard. It is in clear violation of Florida’s sanitary statutes and safety regulations. Absolutely horrid!||||After I showed photos to the front desk, it just so happened that the very next day, a so-called “health inspector” showed up. He had the audacity to say, “I’m here for my usual routine!” That right there was clear proof that this hotel is being illegally operated with inside connections. This does not surprise me at all, given Miami’s well-known reputation for unethical practices. Born and raised in Miami—if you know, you know.||||During my stay, I experienced a severe allergic reaction, which triggered an asthma attack. I was alone with my pet and felt unsafe leaving to seek urgent care, as I had no one to care for my pet. This left me in an incredibly distressing and dangerous situation.||||I was forced to sleep with the window open because the conditions inside were unbearable. The rugs were beyond filthy, covered in unknown substances—including what appeared to be blood stains. The overall condition of the room was not only unsanitary but hazardous to anyone’s health. I ended up covering the couch with my own blankets because it was the only surface remotely cleaner than the floors. In reality, I barely slept at all.||||The next morning, I went to the front desk to request a room change and to report the unsanitary conditions. They offered me another room, but after inspecting it, I found the exact same issues. They then offered me what they referred to as the “executive suite,” which was just as disgusting—if not worse. The couch was stained with substances of all different colors, the lamps had visible stains, and there was a thick layer of dust throughout the entire room, from the kitchen area to the air vents.||||The oven was absolutely filthy, and when I attempted to turn it on, within 10 minutes, the entire kitchen filled with smoke. It was so bad that it could have triggered the sprinklers—if they even work. This was not only unsanitary but a major fire hazard.||||This hotel should not be allowed to operate. It is completely unfit for human occupancy, and I strongly suspect the presence of mold. I stayed here just a few days ago, and I’m still experiencing breathing issues and allergic reactions directly resulting from my stay. As someone who is prone to allergies, this has had a severe and ongoing impact on my health.||||To make matters worse, I checked their official website (not even through third-party booking sites), and the rates they are advertising are a complete fraud and misrepresentation of the actual conditions. This is blatant consumer fraud, combined with severe health and safety violations.||||I have already filed a formal complaint with the appropriate department and reported these numerous violations of Florida’s hotel statutes.||||If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I strongly urge anyone considering a stay here—do not do it. This place is absolutely disgusting, unsafe, and a complete embarrassment to the Doral name. It needs to be shut down...

this hotel was supposed to be a king suite we got there to the hotel we couldnt turn the air conditioner down we had 2 tvs one for the bedroom one of the livingroom but only one remote we called the desk to get to ac fixed they sent someone back they couldnt figure out how to adjust it they didnt bring back the second remote either so i went to the office at midnight in the rain to get it myself they wee closing shop i told the girl about my situation she said we cant get it until tomorrow for you the walls were nasty the staff friendly the outside jacuzzi was taped off and unuseable it was just nasty the only positive thing i have to say is the staff were friendly but at the end of the day they were useless as its the staff that make the hotel pleasent or unpleasent the young lady i dealt with i got on her hard and i apologized to her as she doesnt approve the repairs this all falls on the owner/management||Rooms:|it was suppsed to be the beautiful king suite so me and my wife had a room and our son had a pull out couch i had to get my own sheets and pillows because it was nasty carpets staind plugs hanging out of the walls no shower liner in the shower just a curtain there was one tv remote for two tvs the cusions had cuts in them the oven looked like it hadnt bene cleaned in a decade the coffee make was burnt and nasty at the bottom there were coffee pods and no cups left with them there was no sugar packets or hand soaps left no wash clothes i had to buy my own sheet sets because i refused to use theirs i so give this plan a F- to the tenth power|Safety|very unsafe enviorment esopecially for young children and elderly||Walkability:|its supposed to be in a nice area it gets nice then goes dark and industrial granted its only a few blocks in but that makes it kinda unappealing and unsafe|Noteworthy details|this place is a dump waste of money i am grately disappointed and have nothing good to say my next contact is going to be to the miami dade health department along with this review sent to hotels.com and tripadvisor.com booking.com and any other online fourm i can find to make sure this is well known about this place will most likely place||the pictures below arent...
