The owner Valentina Munevar is very deceitful. I paid $1,500.00 for a camouflage treatment with her. I paid and she said she would be the one doing my treatment, that is the only reason I paid that amount and went to her. Then she decided to sell the Tampa location which is the location I was being treated at. She up and left and had someone else take over my treatment. I went to Valentina because of her years of experience and because of how good her before and afters were. Even though the young lady that took over is very nice I am now left with a pigment that is extremely dark and uneven! The young lady that took over had recently been trained by Valentina and does not have the same amount of experience. I have tried to get a hold of Valentina many times through her Instagram account which is where we used to communicate through and by calling this locations phone number. I leave messages and I never hear back from her. I am not the only customer that she is doing this to. Everyone DO NOT TRUST HER! SHE OBVIOUSLY ONLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY. I WANT MY...

This is the worst experience that I have had in my entire life. Before to write this review I swear I did everything to do not do it. I just want my money back and that’s it, they did not want to understand what they did. If I write here all the story people will get tired. It is so disappointing go to a place like this with all the hope that you are in good hand and you will look the way you want. They have no idea what they are doing the only thing they know perfectly is to keep people’s money. I have my belly worst than when I started with the “treatment” They burned my belly and now I have a red spot in the middle of the belly. They still own me money and they do not want to pay. I am very depressed and this is only the first review.
