I was at a friends house and heard about this place, so on my way back home ( which was a long way back, by the way) I decided to give it a try and buy it. I placed the order, while being in the car and was very excited about getting the diffusers. Next day I checked my email, to see or to find out about the delivery date, and to my surprise I received an email saying that my order looked suspicious and fraudulent, and that I need it to send a picture of my driver license by email, and my address information, and also the last 4 numbers of the Credit Card that I used to make the payment. I called the store and spoke to a sales person ( Francesca, Fracunchela, o Fra⦠something), and she told me that my IP address didnāt match my home address and thatās why it looked fraudulent. I explained that I was on my car, on my way home and I placed the order through my phone, like we all do. Nowadays we donāt need to be at home to buy anything online. You can be in the middle of the ocean, and buy whatever you want and you will still receive the product. So, she told me that if I donāt submit the info they were asking, they would not be able to continue with my order. I requested to speak to a manager, so she put on the phone a āso called manager ā. Her name is Veronica, and that manager told me that their system wonāt let them process the order if I donāt submit the info they were requesting. I asked her that then why my Credit Card was charged, and that my billing and shipping info matched, and she confirmed that all my info looked good, but they still needed it me to submit the picture of my Drivers license. And since I refused to do so, she cancelled my order. This is the worst place and customer service Iāve ever seen. They are the fraudulent people, they charge your card even they will not be sending you the products. No ethics, no customer service and support. They donāt even try to help. The worst of the worst. Unfortunately I would have to give 1 star, I would have given 0 stars if I could. If your system doesnāt let you continue with the order because of no matching of IP address and residential address then your system is as stupid as you are. Iāve ordered products from Canada and England and received them here, and the orders where not placed from my home. Get a better system, better people and better brain....

But like so many have mentioned in the reviews, the diffusers themselves are poor quality. They get clogged and stop working around the one year mark or sooner. I have thrown out three of the diffusers so far and they are not cheaply priced! I emailed to find out about replacements etc. and the matter of fact response from the company was in a nutshell, too bad they are not warranted. I donāt mind spending money on something that works, but itās frustrating when you pay for something thatās pricey and you only get a year or less out of it. Again, the scents are absolutely amazing, but the diffusers themselves are very poor quality and will stop working quickly. And Iām sure the owner will come on here and try to give an excuse but the fact is you need to have a better quality diffuser or at least some kind of replacement system for when they fail.
