Hooters — Restaurant in Doral

I have been going to this restaurant for over 25 years, I have never been mistreated until today, I placed an order at 9:04 pm for 20 chicken wings, 10 original and 10 peeled, 2 soups and 1 potato, with a 15 minute wait I complained to the waitress, very bad politely said he was leaving and that I have to wait!!!!! what?? pasta another 20 minutes, it's 35 minutes from the time I ordered , I went back to her to ask what was going on with my order, thinking I was an idiot, she said my order was a special food and it would take a while, and if you want to wait, otherwise you can “go away”. displeased very angry i went back to the table, then 2 guys came over wanting to know what i was experiencing, i explained exactly what happened and what action they would take, as one of them “John” introduced himself as the manager!! of course it's a lie because I didn't even have the skills to manage a hot dog cart, then he came to tell me that I disrespected the waitress, LIE!!! she who is an uneducated woman unable to serve customers, rude, she should work in a horse stable, she will feel at home. without the slightest condition to solve the problem because it is not professional they asked if we didn't want to leave, I at the same time got up and went, went back to get the car key and the disqualified asked if he wanted me to call the police? ?? ?, has to be a no-brainer to say such a thing. you should better select the people to work in the restaurant because one bad employee does more damage than 100...

I've been a patron of the Doral Hooters for many many years. I used to work very close to the location so I frequented it off. It was top notch back then! Lovely ladies, so sweet and attentive. The food was excellent and the beer was cold. Oftentimes had to wait to get into the place but that's a feather in the cap of the location. Recently went there and I have to sit at the end of the row of booths. I was there 15 minutes and nobody came to introduce themselves as my waitress. It was a busy night so I wouldn't expect to have the beer in hand within a few minutes of me coming in but no acknowledgment whatsoever. The managers were busy bringing food to the tables, cleaning up after patrons left and cleaning up messes on the floor themselves. Here's the kicker! Two girls only 5 ft away from me, we're cleaning on a table with their phones in their hands and eyes glued to the screen. If they're on their break then certainly they should have done it in the back. Not in front of unattended customers. I would recommend staying away from the place. Maybe not the chain in general but this location for sure. It used to be a shining star but now it's a fizzled out...

Stood at the door for about 5 minutes and no one acknowledged us. They were a bit busy but workers kept passing by and nothing. I went over to a waitress at the bar and asked if we sit ourselves and she told us yes to find a table. The two tables we found one was right by the restrooms (nasty) and the other was dirty and crowded. We sat at a booth when another family got up and cleaned it ourselves. Again, another 5 minutes or so no one came. Finally a waitress came over and apologized that no one had come to us and explained that they were on a shift changed and someone would be right with us and took our drink order. We were going to try different things. First order of naked wings came extremely fast and were cold as if someone hadn't wanted them and the buffalo shrimp were also not hot. The sliders were okay. The second order of breaded wings were hot and fresh and tasty. The curly fries were yummy with the cheese. When we got the bill it was ridiculous $91 on that experience and 3 beers. All the little sauces [blue cheese & cheese] were additional and we didn't know. Would like to try another location...
