So waiting here is hit or miss based on the amount of customers, through No fault of the employees working there.
That being said, I have recently had an amazing experience there!!
It began first with Jamie, an experienced, considerate and patient team member, who thoroughly explained all the details of my transactions, as well as options that could benefit me. In addition to his incredible service, was also the former store manager, Roberto. He helped me out on his last day before moving on to another position he was promoted to within the organization. That was the day my new phone arrived and he helped me with transferring all the information, settings, etc, successfully. Also, by answering the no less than one *billion questions I had for him, lol!! And, by staying considerably late after the store had closed to complete everything and reassure I was good with the new device. You want to know where the extra money goes that you pay Verizon instead of the competition?? Well that's where it is right there, with those kind of team members that put the customer first, before their own needs and even their schedule! Thank you one billion, Roberto!!
I also did have a chance to work with (albeit for a short time) Diana, the assistant store manager, which equally went above and beyond to make sure my experience was extraordinary! Soon I'll be heading back for another go round with Jamie, for some final details to go over/answer, but I can definitely tell you, if you have to wait at this place, it's only because the employees are taking their time to give every single customer the very best experience they can and make sure that when they leave, they are fully satisfied. So, just go when you have some time to *spare and I guarantee, it will be worth your while. Keep up the great work guys and I'll keep coming...
Read moreI have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years and the service level of Verizon is second to none. But this store should close down, the manager has always been horrible. The staff is pushy and it’s always empty because the level of service sucks. Over the years I have tried to go to this store due to its location but the horrible service has never changed. Go to the one in Hialeah I would not even go to this store ever again until the middle eastern guy with the white patches all over his body is gone. He does not deserve employment at McDonald’s. Let alone a Verizon store, he would be better suited for a ball park hot dog vendor job. Horrible treatment from that guy he needs some customer service courses. Please fire that guy he is everything that Verizon doesn’t stand for. Truly sad that a company with such great service and the customer service level when you call is amazing would employ that guy. I really hope the issues get addressed and I hope someone from upper management reaches out to...
Read moreBy far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Been a customer for 10plus years with Verizon and never have had a problem to the extend i have a full family plan with them. I go in to get the new iPhone and before i even start talking to the employee named ana she’s rudely says “if it’s the iPhone we don’t have it till December” didn’t even look in the system or anything and would refuse to take any initiative to help. Instead i have to ask for a manger who also is of no help. I’m told to go to Best Buy or try another cellphone carrier regardless all my years of loyalty to Verizon. Im then left alone while both ana and the manager go about to deal with the new clients and completely ignore me. What was the most disrespectful is i literally hear ana tell the next client she helps asking if they’d like the new iPhone 13 pro and proceed to ring him up. Honestly i feel belittled and very disrespected and honestly i feel like it was purely out of prejudice. Save your time and go to the...
