You get what you pay for and it’s not a lot. It’s nothing like those established hotels in town, it’s a decent hotel but don’t compromise your comfort & safety. Stayed here for a couple of nights & I don’t think I’d stay here again, ever. Not that it was terrible I am thankful I even had a room to stay in that worked with my budget but you just weren’t getting a lot. The bed was uncomfortable, it looked so worn there was a very noticeable slump in it. The comforter blankets/pillows had pet hair on it, not a lot but I could tell the color & size of the dog. The room had a certain odor to it & I couldn’t get rid of it. The cleanliness around the room was tidy I just tried not too look too hard to find the obvious though. I wouldn’t recommend to a girl who is traveling alone, the place at night is a little sketchy. Towels were washed but still had stains on them, even the bed sheets. For the cost of the room it is…decent. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place for my family, I’d rather pay a little extra to make sure they feel safe & comfortable. The hotel does offer a bit of amenities but they aren’t great as you can see in the photos, so make sure you have your needs. I didn’t use any of the bedding or towels I was glad I had my own. The worst part was I had gotten some kind of bug bite just every night, idk if it was a mosquito or a spider but it wasn’t okay. Overall, the front desk staff were very helpful in checking me in and patient with my requests regarding to an earlier checkin.

I booked a prepaid 3 night stay via booking.com. When we arrived, they tried to charge me for the rooms again. Then, due to a front desk mix up, they had us change rooms after the first night. We didn't get any sleep because the walls were so thin - we had people stomping around upstairs until 5 am and the people next to us shouting and laughing until about 2 am. We attempted to use the fan to drown out the noise, but it made a loud metal-on-metal screeching sound. We ended up buying earplugs and listening to a white noise soundtrack on spotify (using data, of course, because the wifi went out). Any time we asked the front desk for assistance, they acted as though helping us were the last thing in the world they wanted to do. They were very curt and unhelpful. And oh yes - the photo - a bloodstain (?) on our mattress. When I brought this up to the woman at the front desk, she laughed and responded with "us ladies just have a hard time sometimes." Uhhh?? We tried to keep our time at the hotel to a minimum because of how horrid the room condition was. So to summarize: disgustingly filthy rooms, rude staff, and exceptionally noisy neighbors. Unless this sounds like a good time, I'd recommend staying elsewhere.

I’ve stayed in about 50 hotels in Colorado for work. This one ranks 50th. Absolutely below acceptable quality, even for a 2 star motel. Staff was polite but that’s where the good ended. The rooms are dark and outdated and towels smell like that smell when you leave your towels in the washing machine for 3 days. Moldy. If you like warm to hot showers, this place is not for you. We enjoyed 4 days of cold showers with no offer to move our room, no upgrades, and no offer of a refund. This explains how they are still in business. The only advice we are given was to run the hot water from the sink at the same time. Thanks? Privacy, don’t think about it! I caught my neighbor peering through my window while I was working. That’s after I overheard him and his roommate talking about how thin the doors are and how easy they are to break. I wonder what he wanted? Speaking of windows, two windows in our room had no curtains and had views directly into the house next door and the street in the back. We had to use pillows for privacy and to block the light out in the mornings. What a dump. I have more luxury camping in backcountry in my tent. I want my money back.

Edited to respond to owner's response: Below is a screen shot indicating that the Adobe Inn offers free breakfast. We were tired from a long day of travel and it was pretty late when we checked in. It would have been an inconvenience to find other accommodations last minute, but we definitely did consider it when we saw the room. Please do a better job cleaning your hotel rooms in the future.

Original feedback: Staying here was a really disappointing experience. When we arrived we waited at the front desk for about 15 minutes for someone to check us in. The cost was $5 more than I was quoted on the phone when I made the reservation and the room was on the ground floor (we had requested a second floor room, it doesn't really matter, but the woman who made our reservation on the phone asked about preference so it was weird that it was not honored). The woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice.

The room itself was pretty dirty. all the linens were dingy and looked as though they had not been bleached (isn't that why hotels use white linens?) I wasn't 100% sure the bed linens had been changed from the previous occupant. There was dust on everything (my partner and I both had multiple sneezing fits during our one night stay), and when I plugged my lap top into the one available outlet my hand came away covered in something pink and sticky (lipstick maybe?). The bathtub was dirty, and the complimentary soap was broken into a bunch of tiny pieces inside the protective wrapper. I just had another sneezing fit while typing this. The room smells weird, like stale chemicals. When I woke up my eyes were all puffy like I had been crying, (I wasn't) I think it is just the poor air quality in our room. I opened the window for a breeze even though it is snowing outside.

There are two chairs at a small wooden table in the room, and both of the chairs sink in in the middle when you sit on them. I am sitting on the edge of the chair because the middle of the seat is just mush. Also, the chairs look dirty. The WiFi is reeeaaallllyyy slow. The complimentary "breakfast" is processed pre-packaged pastries wrapped in plastic and also coffee. We skipped breakfast. I just had another sneezing fit.

I have no idea why this hotel has a 3.8 star rating. It is really gross. We just got back from a camping trip, so for the past four days have been spent sleeping outside... I definitely was not expecting four-star accommodations, all I really wanted from this hotel experience: A clean room (no), a pleasant/hot shower (no/yes), reliable internet (no), and a comfortable bed (the bed was fine except for the questionable sheets).

I would definitely not...

The woman at the front desk was really nice upon checking in and the rooms were acceptable for the price. What was not acceptable was the people staying in the unit next to us. There was a drunk man and woman aggressively arguing from 2am-4am that involved excessive foul language, slamming the door multiple times, and throwing things from the room. I tried calling the front desk and nobody answered, but I do understand the hotel is not staffed after hours. I personally asked them to be quiet twice, but this just resulted in more arguing between the couple. By 3:30am I was ready to call the police, but thought it would likely result in more disturbance, as I hoped they were about finished. While I want to blame the people arguing for this poor experience, I also think calling the police shouldn't be my only option when I am a paying guest in a hotel. I do not think this should be a 4 Star Hotel, which is what is currently advertised on their outdoor sign. The next morning, we explained our night troubles to the gentleman at the front desk and his only condolence was that the couple already checked out. Another unpleasant part was that the maid would look into our room in the morning through the window (happened both mornings). I would have kept the blinds closed while we were getting ready, but the room lighting is very dim. A simple knock would feel more appropriate. This hotel was cheap, so I'm not that upset about the general physicalities, it just shouldn't be advertised as 4 stars and it is not a place for children. The purpose of a hotel is to be comfortable and sleep, and we did not get that.

Some potentially easy fixes the hotel could consider include: Putting on door stoppers/silencers (as to prevent doors from slamming). Having some personnel on-call in case a situation like this were to arise and maybe including a phone number for that on-call person in the hotel's answering machine (there is currently no answering machine). Having the maids knock on the door instead of putting their hands on the window and...

Nice hotel very nice staff, we've stayed there twice before never had any problems but this last time we stayed my husband checked the bed because he felt something bite him and sure enough there were two big bed bugs on the side and a few eggs. We grabbed our stuff, we hadn't unpacked anything yet, and got out right away and the guy at the front offered us another room right above that one we were in, so my husband asked to check the room before we decided to take it. He looked under the mattress and saw larvae and eggs all along the side so we asked for a refund and went to a different hotel. I had left some jewelry on the sink counter and called to see if they had found it, the manager was super rude she interrupted me and kept saying they were box elders not bed bugs, I then told her that no these bugs were round and brown, box elders are oranges and black, now I was raised in Colorado I know what box elders are they've been all round my house they do not bite. She then got loud and angry and said no they are not just come get your stuff, come get your stuff and just leave. When we arrived to get our stuff she shoved an envelope with my belongings in it and said bye with rudeness. Her name is sharron. I would not recommend staying here at all, but if you do please be sure to check your mattress for bed bugs are small or medium the size of a sprinkle and the eggs are small black and brown dots clustered together, if you find any bugs I would advise you to go to the office within the first 30 minutes to ask for a refund it will not hit for 2 days if you use a card but if you use cash they will give it to...
