Online Outpost (Terri) handled the clearing out of a storage building for me when I could not travel to the location to take care of it myself. The contents ranged from items of sentimental value, antiques, junk and trash — requiring sorting through everything and then arranging what to sell, ship or take to the dump. She communicated with me throughout, sensitive to my concerns and time constraints. Most importantly, her honesty and integrity was established up front and eased the anxiety I had from relying on someone else to tackle this task...something new for me. The work was wrapped up promptly and professionally, with an itemized invoice upon completion.
