Well, it wasn't overly bad, but it wasn't very good. I ordered crab Rangoon, but they were immediately shoved into a styrofoam box with no vent holes and, for some weird reason, they were sprinkled with raw cabbage which steamed the cabbage and made the Rangoon somewhat soggy. I also ordered pork fried rice which, once again, not bad, just tasteless. I also asked for soy sauce which, instead of packets, came in small cups that weren't liquid tight. All of this was packed into the smallest bag possible such that the soy cups couldn't stay upright and spilled everywhere before I could make it the 3 blocks back to the hotel. Because the bag was so tiny, there was no way to tie the top and thus secure the containers inside, so everything ended spilled all over the front seat. In addition, there was no silverware or napkins I love Chinese and was really looking forward to eating, but the flavorless stuff that I paid good $ for was a...
Read moreMy friend and I were hungry, and I wanted Chinese food. I found this place online. It was close to where we were.
I figured out we could order online. Score! It was great to order and have the food almost ready by the time we arrived at the restaurant.
The online menu didn't give a lot of details, so we didn't realize until we picked up our order that in addition to our entree, we also received egg drop soup, fried rice, and an egg roll. Score!
The egg drop soup was delicious and hot from the pot. I drank it out of the plastic container it was served in.
The egg roll was crispy. I think it had pork in it. Again, the menu left out some details. But it was good though.
The fried rice was ok, nothing special, but fine.
I got the kung pao tofu, medium spicy. It was really good. It was the right level of spicy for me. The tofu was cut into small cubes. It was really tasty. Overall yummy.

Read moreOk I was in town for Labor Day weekend. I actually was supposed to go to dinner at Steam works. I was disappointed they had a 2 hour wait and on top of that, no crab boil. So we drive the strip and stumbled upon this cute river side restaurant. Upon walking in, we were greeted, seated and our order was taken immediately! Everything was served in a timely manner. The food.. OMG! It was super delicious! Served fresh, hot and was not what I expected. I am glad we found this little place accidentally and thank Steam works for being busy lol. I totally recommend this place if your looking for Asian food. It was not greasy, and was made fresh. I'd like to add, very clean as well! The waitress that day was ever so nice. I will be a returning customer whenever in Durango! Also, they have a river walk way you can enjoy...
