I came from another state to NJ so I’m not familiar with the hotels. However, I found this hotel and thought it would be a decent place to stay. Man! Was I wrong. I booked the hotel room through Priceline so I’m not sure what the average cost is for the room but the initial charge was $101 for a room with a king size bed. I saw that one of the rooms had a “whirlpool” for $128 a night with a king size bed so I called the hotel (not Priceline) to confirm that there was a jacuzzi in the room. The lady on the phone confirmed that it was. So I booked the room. When I got to the hotel/inn there was NO jacuzzi. When I asked the front desk about it, they said that they don’t have jacuzzi’s but bath tubs with bubble jets. Lol. So they charge an extra $27 for a bath tub with jets inside of a tiny little bathroom? That’s false advertisement if I ever heard of it. My room was supposed to be a deluxe room and it had an old raggedy chair in the room. The walls looked terrible and I absolutely hated my stay and I am so glad that it was only for one night. If it had been multiple nights that I had booked or if I had gotten there earlier than 1 a.m, I would have certainly asked for my money back. I do know that under no circumstances would I ever stay there again. I’d sleep in my car first. Not to mention the hotel staff wasn’t very pleasant. When I inquired about the room the guy behind the desk simply said well you booked an upgraded king and then turned his head as if I wasn’t standing there anymore. Not recommended if you truly want to have a clean and restful night of sleep.

You get what you paid for. Very bad experience old and ugly place which I was expecting, but the attitude of the girl that works at night was very disappointing… Also, I asked where the fitness center was located at and they asked me: “Are you staying in this hotel ?” I was wearing business clothing so that answers many questions like what kind of people don’t stay in that place often. So sad that was my last minute option.😓 I was showering at 11 pm and the neighbors kept hitting the wall while the shower was on.😐 A girl fighting with another person on the phone at the hall way…. 🙄 I wanted to do laundry and they didn’t have detergent or change for the coin machine.🙄 I only could think about something “Management”.. 😑 Sometimes I forget stuff at the hotels, and they usually keep it for me on their lost and found room/drawer, I forgot an apple product and they said that they didn’t know anything about it. So weird because I called a lady and she said “call again tomorrow, the housekeeping people does lost and found, so I called the next day and the guy who picked the phone said that they are not responsible for any lost items. I mean It was lost, it was left it in my room. I mean you guys at least you could be nice and show to your customers that you are trying to help, I know you don’t care since you aren’t the owners in other hotels that I stay they make me feel like home.

I booked a room for one night on 5/6/2023. When we got there they gave us a room in which i always pull back the covers and sheets and check the beds. When i pulled back the sheets i seen big stains which looked liked blood on the mattress. I immediately went to the front desk and showed them the pictures in which they put me in another room on the third floor down the hall from the previous room. Me and my family get in there and check the beds again. This mattress also had stains that looked like blood on the bed by the window and the bed by the wall had pee stains on it. I went down to the front desk again showing them the new pictures and told them we would not be staying there. I had to call Priceline and tell them what happened in which they had to call Days in and confirm that i wasn’t staying there to get a refund. Pics are uploaded below. I will never stay there again!!!

Everything you need to know about this hotel: I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel in late June 2023 and here's my list of Pros, Cons, and Huhs.

Pros- The location is easily findable. The entry into the parking lot is quite easy to navigate. The Hooters makes it quite hard to miss. The front desk guy, while at first overly-direct, was very helpful and we grew to like him! The room (King Suite) was clean and the furniture/bathroom seemed to have been updated to a more modern look in recent time. I especially enjoyed the big light up mirror in the bathroom. The appliances (fridge, microwave) were stellar and very clean. The fridge was cold enough to keep some ice I grabbed from the ice dispenser down the hall intact for 2 days! The beds, carpet, furniture, curtains and bathroom was clean and the room smelled nice. It's the first hotel in my travels that had a bible in the room, so I got to check that off my "things you don't see in hotels very often" list. Paul Mitchell products are a nice touch! The conditioner was not it, the lotion smells great, the shampoo got my hair washed with a little left over. Very grateful for the diverse amount of towels and the bathmat being so distinguishable. A great amount of charging outlets and regular outlets- the desk had it's own island of USB and regular ports which was enjoyed immensely by us. Definitely s photographer's dream The staff that came to refresh the room didn't touch any of our things and we could leave valuables in confidence. There's a metal square sticking out next to the door. Push it out and you have a door stopper! I liked that little detail.

Cons- The key card/lock system is finicky- you have to put the key card, wait for a green blinking light and swiftly jerk the handle down while taking the card out of the slot. It took a good couple tries each time. While I enjoy an open concept, the lack of drawers or a closet with a door leaves your things exposed and out in the open in the room. The exit from the hotel parking lot was quite busy and a bit spooky. You gotta go full send. I enjoyed the idea of a jet tub, but it was a bit smaller and shorter than I expected it to be. The Hooters next door = a bit of difficulty finding parking on a busy night. There's only one chair and no armchair, so if you're a couple, have fun taking turns on the chair or risk staining the bedsheets with your soup. No hairblower in the bathroom, have fun getting your hair dry, especially if you use the Paul Mitchell conditioner they provide. It's BYOHA - Bring your own hair appliances. The AC unit was disappointing - we cranked it up as high as it went and we woke up sweaty, it didn't do much at 60.

Huhs (not bad but not good)- The TV was surprisingly small, but not small enough to be an issue. The menu/guide was not the best and not being able to use streaming services was a bit of a letdown, but it was nice catching up on some basic cable tv. The pillows on the bed were... Square? Our room was at the very end of the hall on the first floor and there was an interesting crowd of folks walking around and exiting from the door that says not to exit that way. The room felt quite empty. There was no couch or armchair or anything, just an uncomfortable amount of empty room past...

The most Horrible hotel ever!! Very bad costumer service and on professional front desk person...we was sleeping in last night and today we decided to stay an extra day,and they kept knocking on our door 2 times the first we told them we are staying, the 2th time my wife told them that I'm coming out to the front desk to pay which they already having our credit card number from last night,so the 3th time when I was coming out from the room that little kid from the front desk came to ask us to leave or he's going to charge us a late charge which I told him that I was coming out to pay for an extra day and what kind of costumer service is this to come knocking 3 times after only 10 minutes passed our checkout, and we are a steady customer always comes here every time we visiting the state of New Jersey, and his answer was IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SERVICE OVER HERE YOU DON'T HAVE TO COME HERE AGAIN AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE (WHICH I NEVER EVER GET THIS TREATMENT ANY WHERE ELSE BEFORE)and at the end when I said okay we are leaving and I need the phone number to call the corporate office or his manager, he deceived me by giving me the front desk hotel phone number and the funy thing is when I called he's the one that answer the phone and telling me that's the only number and if I don't leave will call the cops for us which he really did and when the police arrived I explained my said of the story and at the end he found no any other choice except giving me the phone number to contact his manager!! NEVER AGAIN EVEN IF IT'S FOR FREE...THIS PEOPLE THEY DESERVE TO BE OUT...
