While having lunch I complained to the barmaid about my cocktail, it didn't taste right, she never offered to make it better or make another so I requested a manager. Kevin the manager approached me to discuss the matter however I didn't get the Impression that he wanted to have me as a repeat customer, all I wanted was a good tasting cocktail, not my money back because I came to support the business. I asked Kevin to have the barmaid make me another cocktail but he refused and said that I would have to pay for it. Also his comment was that if I didn't like the first cocktail why would he have his barmaid make me another, so I accepted having the drink taken off the bill. If the barmaid has 13 years experience, where is the confidence with her making me another drink also she appeared to look very young so in my opinion the years of experience is questionable. I'm a business professional since 1986 and have had repeat customers for over 3 decades of business, I aim to please. Making it right and satisfying a customer is never a issue. Giving back money to dissatisfied customers will always hurt the business and sometimes cause it close. I was at Hooters of Brunswick today by myself and if I had had a SATISFING experience I would be returning with family/friends for future events. My large family along with friends always go out and celebrate on different occasions at restaurants Brand Named restaurants. Kevin being manager should always be mindful that Satisfied CUSTOMERS will always increase revenue and keep the doors open. I wasn't really satisfied with his facial expressions and overall not impressed with his demeanor regarding this matter. Making excellent drinks and serving the best food will always keep people coming and keep the door open for many years to come. Mainly everything depends on how the staff and management conduct themselves with its PARTONS. All will be determine how long into the future this location will remain open. Today they lost more than just money over a cocktail, because sadly, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Some businesses never miss their patrons until that well runs dry. The Hooters Franchise has been around for years in many locations and not all have staffing issues. I sincerely wish the best of everything to the...
Read moreWe were very displeased.... It has been yrs since I had been to a hooters and have spoken so highly about hooters to my husband to finally be able to take him while we were in nj for a mini vacay/late anniversary weekend. Not only was he very unhappy I was also made out to be a lier. We will NEVER visit again. Took waitress 10 min to come get drink order, no menu given to us we were told to open an app for virtual menu, after 20 mins trying to do that we both ordered the philly cheese steak sandwich meal. That just made me sick to my stomach, not sure if it was the cheese or if they put mushroom on it. I did specify NO MUSHROOM I AM ALERGIC. However i did c 1 on my plate that beeing said I did not eat anymore on top of that the menu says it comes with curly fries and I was charged extra for that. For both meals. Did I complain to manager, No 1)took waitress forever to come get drinks and food order and i had to go to the bar and ask for my bill. Yeah NO I DID NOT ASK FOR MANAGER FIGURING WOULD TAKE FOR EVER FOR ME TO GET THAT AS WELL.2) Not to mention like I said this was a late anniversary weekend and I really didnt want it ruined with me complaining. All this said head my advice however if anyone wants to find out for yourself have at it. I myself will be staying clear of HOOTERS IN EAST BRUNSWICK,NJ. 1 last thing we drove almost an hr away from hotel for this establishment to find out later on our way back to hotel there is a hooters 1/2mile...
Read moreI entered this hooters on my way to work. Not one person was around to greet me in or direct me. The place is empty and only the bar was full. All the servers were hanging at one table on the corner with the manager joking and doing nothing. I asked the blonde girl working the bar about the veterans menu and she told me it was dine in only. I said fine ordered a drink and wings and sat at a nearby table near all the servers doing nothing with the manager. None which Approached me if I needed anything. 30 min later I finally got my wings and now I’m in a rush because it took so long. While I was eating I stopped and asked one of the girls hanging at the table if I could trouble her for a box. The blonde girl with long hair working the bar went out of her way to stop her from getting a box and told her to tell me that the veterans menu is dine in only. Just how nasty do you have to be to do that? I couldn’t take the last few pieces on my way because I ordered from the veterans menu? Seriously? I will get her name when I get the chance and update this here. A combat vet with 3 tours had to finish his food inside like a little kid because they deemed it so 🤦♂️ even after buying a drink and tipping her still. I also never seen an empty hooters like this one so I guess this is typical treatment of all customers and that why it’s empty. Time for new management and...
