Service really sucked & so did the food. The petite girl with black short hair was super nasty to us during the evening shift (843pm to be exact - Monday July 1st), she had the nastiest attitude. She needs help from a psychiatrist. She kept slamming things on the bar - our drinks, napkins, straws...etc she slammed the knife/fork so hard she raised eyebrows! Something is off up in here —-> 🧠. We wanted smoked wings & they were out of it. Understandable. The way she communicated that ... she was being a completely female dog 🐺Just a nasty attitude for no reason. On top of that, Her/a few of the waitresses all went to the bar & started checking each other’s mouths/teeth playing dentist 🦷 ...at the bar...by the food....serving our food with her hands AFTER touching their mouths!!!! Management if you care check your cameras if they work you will see this childish play at the bar! It was absolutely disgusting to watch and totally out of place. Huge lack of common sense. Definitely won't be back to this location. I hated my visit here and hate that I spent my money here. I actually want a refund!! I don’t recommend this place because it seems like unfriendly & lacks proper staff training on customer service and handling food. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 .

We had a dining party of 8. It took at least 15 minutes to get service for drink orders, and then another 20 minutes to actually get the drinks. Ordering food, we did, an average amount for 8 with dinner and appetizers. Several people didn't order dinner only an appetizer. Simple, easy, quick right? Not a chance! An hour later food started coming ... Cold, awful, nasty food! During this time many drinks had been ordered, it had been a very stressful, emotional time for all of us. We didn't even notice that half the order never even came. You must understand, as I stated we were all very upset about the days events, we were not concentrating on who got what, where was that. The bill got paid, we all met up after at a family members home, talking, brought up our evening at Hooters and how terrible it was, and low and behold we realized everything that we didn't get. We sat at bar style seating so we all couldn't see and hear everything or everyone's order. Never again will I or any of the family that attended with me ever go to THAT Hooters again.

Hooters used to be THE wing place. Not so great anymore. Wings are small, don't have enough sauces compared with competitors. Just a general statement about Hooters in NJ. Maybe Vegas and Miami are more popular. Wings were ok but got some small 'wings' that shouldn't count as wings. Everything was cooked right and the fried pickles are THE best around. They know their fried pickles for sure! Service was great, fast and friendly. Overall the deadness of the place and location plus horrible parking lot wouldn't make me come back. Drop off at the next door hotel is just horrible. This rating isn't for this particular location, mostly for Hooters in general.

While having lunch I complained to the barmaid about my cocktail, it didn't taste right, she never offered to make it better or make another so I requested a manager. Kevin the manager approached me to discuss the matter however I didn't get the Impression that he wanted to have me as a repeat customer, all I wanted was a good tasting cocktail, not my money back because I came to support the business. I asked Kevin to have the barmaid make me another cocktail but he refused and said that I would have to pay for it. Also his comment was that if I didn't like the first cocktail why would he have his barmaid make me another, so I accepted having the drink taken off the bill. If the barmaid has 13 years experience, where is the confidence with her making me another drink also she appeared to look very young so in my opinion the years of experience is questionable. I'm a business professional since 1986 and have had repeat customers for over 3 decades of business, I aim to please. Making it right and satisfying a customer is never a issue. Giving back money to dissatisfied customers will always hurt the business and sometimes cause it close. I was at Hooters of Brunswick today by myself and if I had had a SATISFING experience I would be returning with family/friends for future events. My large family along with friends always go out and celebrate on different occasions at restaurants Brand Named restaurants. Kevin being manager should always be mindful that Satisfied CUSTOMERS will always increase revenue and keep the doors open. I wasn't really satisfied with his facial expressions and overall not impressed with his demeanor regarding this matter. Making excellent drinks and serving the best food will always keep people coming and keep the door open for many years to come. Mainly everything depends on how the staff and management conduct themselves with its PARTONS. All will be determine how long into the future this location will remain open. Today they lost more than just money over a cocktail, because sadly, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Some businesses never miss their patrons until that well runs dry. The Hooters Franchise has been around for years in many locations and not all have staffing issues. I sincerely wish the best of everything to the...

We were very displeased.... It has been yrs since I had been to a hooters and have spoken so highly about hooters to my husband to finally be able to take him while we were in nj for a mini vacay/late anniversary weekend. Not only was he very unhappy I was also made out to be a lier. We will NEVER visit again. Took waitress 10 min to come get drink order, no menu given to us we were told to open an app for virtual menu, after 20 mins trying to do that we both ordered the philly cheese steak sandwich meal. That just made me sick to my stomach, not sure if it was the cheese or if they put mushroom on it. I did specify NO MUSHROOM I AM ALERGIC. However i did c 1 on my plate that beeing said I did not eat anymore on top of that the menu says it comes with curly fries and I was charged extra for that. For both meals. Did I complain to manager, No 1)took waitress forever to come get drinks and food order and i had to go to the bar and ask for my bill. Yeah NO I DID NOT ASK FOR MANAGER FIGURING WOULD TAKE FOR EVER FOR ME TO GET THAT AS WELL.2) Not to mention like I said this was a late anniversary weekend and I really didnt want it ruined with me complaining. All this said head my advice however if anyone wants to find out for yourself have at it. I myself will be staying clear of HOOTERS IN EAST BRUNSWICK,NJ. 1 last thing we drove almost an hr away from hotel for this establishment to find out later on our way back to hotel there is a hooters 1/2mile...

I entered this hooters on my way to work. Not one person was around to greet me in or direct me. The place is empty and only the bar was full. All the servers were hanging at one table on the corner with the manager joking and doing nothing. I asked the blonde girl working the bar about the veterans menu and she told me it was dine in only. I said fine ordered a drink and wings and sat at a nearby table near all the servers doing nothing with the manager. None which Approached me if I needed anything. 30 min later I finally got my wings and now I’m in a rush because it took so long. While I was eating I stopped and asked one of the girls hanging at the table if I could trouble her for a box. The blonde girl with long hair working the bar went out of her way to stop her from getting a box and told her to tell me that the veterans menu is dine in only. Just how nasty do you have to be to do that? I couldn’t take the last few pieces on my way because I ordered from the veterans menu? Seriously? I will get her name when I get the chance and update this here. A combat vet with 3 tours had to finish his food inside like a little kid because they deemed it so 🤦‍♂️ even after buying a drink and tipping her still. I also never seen an empty hooters like this one so I guess this is typical treatment of all customers and that why it’s empty. Time for new management and...
