I've been thinking about selling some old pieces of jewelry and was pleasantly surprised to have found this place. I wasn't sure if I could just walk in without an appointment, so I called and was greeted by a lovely woman who told me to come right in. There I met Bob. He was so nice and welcoming. I had never done this before and to my delight he was super patient and explained everything, making me feel very comfortable. In addition to wanting to sell pieces I showed him a ring and asked if he could tell me if it was real, as I really love it, except for a little piece that would get stuck on my sleeve. He was nice enough to take the time and test the stones and metal, in addition to fixing the part that was getting caught on things, which made me love it even more. What an amazing experience! My fiancé and I took my mother’s engagement ring here after visiting somewhere else that we didn’t feel so great about. Barry and his team sat down with us and shared such enthusiasm about gemology and how we could get creative with the piece to make it our own, which is what we did!
