Pro(s): room was clean when we got there, front desk staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast wasn’t bad (the sausage patties and French toast stuck days are the best)
Con(s): The cleanup staff. Unfortunately the cleanup staff made the stay very uncomfortable. This problem is one that was encountered by MANY other guests while being there, especially the cleanup lady. She’s very rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. My first morning there while getting breakfast, she told the front desk lady that I wasn’t a guest there and I was just there taking breakfast, after that was cleared up she’d have several moments where she displayed how unproductive she is. At first I thought it was just me, until I saw her being very rude and unprofessional to other guests; I could see the looks on their faces and even hear what some of them would say. One couple became so angry and annoyed by her they just left, stating that they didn’t want things to escalate because of how rude she was being. I stayed there for a little over a month while waiting for my apartment to be available. The first week-10 days I’d bring my trash out and dirty linens and the cleanup guys would happily take those things and in turn would give me fresh linens, trash bags and toilet paper. One day we received an email from the property saying we HAD to allow them to come in the room to clean it up if not they’d put us out. We happily let them in to clean the room. First time nooo problem. After that, problem after problem.

Read moreI use to love wyndamn hotels, but after this stay I must say it has made it to the bottom of my list as the worse hotel ever. I usually ever post reviews, but i could not allow this to go and not voice how disappointed and hurt I was after staying here. If I had to do it all again i would've just stayed a couple blocks away at the Holiday Inn. I've never left any hotel I've ever visited i. 20+ years in tears, confused, or upset after spending the amount of money I did only to be treated as inhumane. The treatment and prejudices my family endured was unlike anything I've ever experienced. My teenage children were told they couldn't eat the breakfast and the kitchen attendant snatched the tongs out of my son's hand and immediately started puttting the breakfast away before closing time. The manager is pure evil. the verbal abuse we endured came directly from his mouth, he made it very clear he does not wish to have black people in or around the hotel. What made it worse was that he had the audacity to say this stuff in front to my husband and I in front of our children. So as of right now I will be seeking legal counsel to move forward with a civil case for this harsh treatment my family endured. And for all who are not aware there are 2 other hotels next to this one which is the quality and the hampton who are also managed by the same manager and recycled employees. Read moreBooked a 2 rooms on booking.com when came in they couldn’t find my reservation. Waited 30 minutes still didn’t find it. I had to cancel, and be charged even though I had my confirmation number. So rebooked with front desk. First night in one of the rooms was roaches. So next day we asked to move that room. And that was not an issue. Second night my son went into the lobby on a call. And the overnight Clark told him to leave and was very rude. He stated no is allowed to be in the lobby or hall way at night. We were unaware because we are allowed at other hotels like holiday inn. I went down to speak to front desk he was rude again. Third day the hotel gave a woman and her two children our room so she walked in with a key. Apologized and walked out after the room called and asked was the room taken and when. We got locked out asked for a key had a hard time getting one as well. Today was check out and we wanted to extend just to avoid inconvenience because we’re leaving state and was told a note was left to not extend due to issue with children. This hotel is not kid friendly and should have stated that from the beginning but didn’t. I always book at holiday inn in Aberdeen where cleaner friendly especially with children.
