After 25 yrs my wife and I decided it was time to purchase a new mattress . I was sure technology had improved after all that time , today was a rainy Saturday which allowed us sometime to stop. We entered the Mattress Firm on Constant Friendship Blvd in Abingdon , I figured it was a lil bit off of the beaten path and hopefully would be able to get an idea of prices etc. We walked in and it appeared that other families had the same thoughts . We were promptly greeted by Tatyana , she allowed us to walk around for a few minutes while she finished up with her customer and joined us and ask what she could do to assist us. I told her I needed an education so I could become a better informed consumer . She proceeded to ask us a few questions and get to know us while explaining how mattress technology had evolved. She then proceeded to show us 4 different types of mattresses helping us to identify what we were looking for and assuring us that they carried something for all budgets and sleep needs .

Tatyana was very knowledgeable and answered all of our concerns and question while allowing my wife and I time to talk amongst ourselves. She then helped us narrow down what was important to us and what we felt was our best investment, worked up our price informed us about available promotions, financing , warranty and delivery options. No high pressure sales tactics at all. Just a knowledgeable, smart and friendly salesperson who listens and understands.

We felt comfortable in our overall experience and decided that all of our needs had had been met and exceeded our expectations.We purchased a Serta I-series king bed and could of even chosen to of had it delivered in two days.
