About a week ago, my friend and I went into this starbucks and recieved the worst customer service possible. We placed a mobile order already paid for between 12:30 - 12:45 and it was not completed until 1:30.
There was a gentlemen waiting before us and he still had to wait on his drink. On top of that ours' had to be made twice because it wasn't made correctly the first time. The associate Ashleigh was completely disrespectful and told us that the items we ordered (smores frappe & mocha frappe) did have all ingredients including chocolate and it was obviously not present. She had a bad attitude and the gentlemen waiting prior asked for an update on his drinks and was told his was not a priority.
Mobile order drinks should be priority over drive thru because they are already paid for. Also we are customers and pay their bills, so there is no excuse
Went back in to make a complaint and the manager was so nice and friendly. Her name is Sonporina, she handled the situation very well. She gave us a gift card and a free drink.
We didn't even want anything for it, she just insisted and didn't even seem surprised by the complaint.

They’ve also been missing whole breakfast sandwiches. Even despite my sending text messages asking them to check the items before leaving, they still forget entire items. I’ve also sent texts asking them to separate the hot and cold items because one of my sons favorites is the cake pop which they ALWAYS mix in with hot items and it melts the cake pop, completely ruining it. However, Tyler somehow thought we had hijacked an extra drink? After we assured him THREE times that he had only passed us two drinks AND after walking in circles for 11 minutes, he reluctantly handed us another drink (a black coffee)...clearly not what we ordered nor paid for.
