Valley Inn — Hotel in El Monte

If I could give it a negative star I would. We stayed there for a week and stayed to ourselves and didn't ask for anything. 2 nights before we checked out I asked if we could get new sheets for my daughter's bed since she had an accident in night. They had to take the mattress cover off and the manager came in and yelled at me in front of my daughter. She wanted to know why my 5 year old wasn't in a diaper and why she had an accident. She kept saying that she was trying to run a business. When they had finally brought the sheets back, I had to put them on myself. They didn't even give me all of them, only the mattress cover, mattress pad and 2 itchy blankets. When I was putting them on I found a cigarette butt and hair on the cover for the foundation. i will NEVER come back to this place ever again!!!!! The Chinese man at the front desk is really rude & disrespectful. I have been staying here for 2 weeks already.& i had asked if i could pay for an hr so i can go get more money to pay for another week.well this guy says he doesnt want to rent the room to me because we come in & out too much.when i specifically asked for a room close to my friends that are also staying here.i didnt know you had a certain limit to go in & out of your room.so thats fine i will take my business elsewhere! & may i add hr charged over the regular price yesterday.this was not a good experience at all & i will tell eveybody i know not to ever come stay...

The female and 2 older male "managers" are really rude and disrespectful. I've stayed here a few times and not once have I been greeted with a smile or a "Thank you, I hope you enjoyed your stay." They are mean also. Last night I witnessed a man sleep on the side of the stairs because the Asian's told him to leave the room. They took all his things and piled them up right outside the motel door to the room where the man was staying in. I don't know what was the cause to that but I do know that they could have at least allowed him one more night instead of watching him freeze throughout the night. Anyway this will be the last time...
