This location is located in a mini lot with a mobile coffee catering, it is a drive thru experience with ONE entrance and one exit. Do try not to miss it when pulling up. I know I did ! Ha. I ordered a hot Spanish latte and Truly an amazing flavor ❤️‍🔥

HOWEVER the ladies should take into consideration that 7am rush hour should be mindful to those stopping by getting their morning coffee before work. I figured the little wait was because they were making each coffee on the spot but as I pull up to the window the little lady on the window drive thru quickly glanced at me and CONTINUED her conversations with a coworker about their personal events. I said Goodmorning twice to her and she still kept talking to her coworker the other young lady . OK RUDE Now aside from not caring that their is a line or that we are rushing to get to work and it can be considerate to not carry on conversations when we are at the window . Then precedes "pull up we will take your drinks for you" no thank you, please just continued her personal conversations . When the male came out to hand our drinks he gave us a nice Good-morning and got our drinks and pastries.

Now fast forward I start eating my sandwich and why did a piece of paper come out of my sandwhich !!! Like I chewed it , idk what this paper is from but it was INSIDE my food and...

This place is certainly a gem of La Puente

The whole design of the place is genius. They have small areas with tables for seating, a really cool benches, natural agave plants and best of all THEY HAVE A DRIVE THRU.

Their drinks are delicious. My daughter had a fresa con leche latte and my wife had a honey latte both delicious.

I ordered an Americano and they said they had run out of hot water. They attempted to accommodate me with different drinks and i was really looking for something hot and unsweet.

After settling for a latte they went back to the truck and one of the baristas went to get a bottle of water so they can heat up the water and make me an Americano.

If you haven’t noticed yet i ended up getting the drink i wanted due to the baristas not being ok with me settling.

It was that gesture that compelled me to write this review. As a small business owner myself customer service to me is the foundation of your business and that gesture is what great customer service looks like.

Okaiiii so we found the cutest coffee truck and guess what?! It has a drive thru 🙌🏼🙌🏼

The drinks were a 10 out of 10. You can adjust the sweetness level by asking and they had a great selection of latino inspired drinks.

My personal favorite was the honey vanilla latte and my daughter really loved the fresas con crema 🍓DELICIOSO 😆

So they had ran out of water to make an americano. My husband was a bit bummed. They were super nice and looking to accommodate with a different drink in the house. Nothing sounded appealing to him and he settled for a latte.

What I got from the experience was that the baristas were not ready to have someone settle and so they went and got water bottles to make an americano. What a sweet gesture and exceptional customer service!!!

Thank you mas cafecito crew y’all are killing it slinging tasty caffeinated beverages and doing it with such grace and attitude 🤩🙏🏼🔥
