I had a really bad experience here. Not sure why when their yelp reviews were great. I'm a laid back guy and usually don't leave comments like this, but this deserved one. I dropped off 2 of my computers, Jose said I'd have a diagnosis within 2-3 hours, i did errands and realized i never got a call, it was close to their closing time. He gave me a answer that didnt explain anything, like they didn't even diagnose it, he said the same thing he mentioned when i went in, it had internet connection issues but said he would factory reset after backing it up. So the next day i gave him the benefit of the doubt, i took my other computer since i wanted that one fixed, again he said he would have it done by 3/4pm. Never got a call and i was livid. I called the next day and all he said was " sorry we didn't get to it, we got busy." Are you kidding me? What kind of buisness/customer service is this? These kids answer their "buisness cell phone" without even saying their buisness so it leaves u wondering if u called the right place. I believe in doing honest business with professionals. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very unprofessional. I took my company’s iMac in for repair and diagnostic testing. I was told it is either a Motherboard issue OR a Power Supply issue. Nothing else was wrong with this iMac.
5 days later- I got 2 quotes. One for power supply, one for power supply and a motherboard. 7+ days later- I got a call that the worker BROKE MY LCD SCREEN during repair.
Stop and think about this- this supposedly professional company- BROKE MY LCD. PICTURE ATTACHED.
My iMac was delayed 2 weeks+, with a new broken LCD, a inaccurate diagnosis testing and a bill for $400+.
They replaced my LCD for free, replaced my power supply and the computer still doesn’t work. Then had the audacity to quote me $600+ for a motherboard repair.
They show a lack of empathy and remorse.
I will be filing a complaint with small claims court Los Angeles.

My computer was freezing randomly under no stress. Couldn't figure out the cause so I brought it to another place prior and they couldn't really determine the issue after running their diagnostics. Brought it here and Edson ran his own tests and called me back in less than a day. Pinpointed the issue (busted ram stick) and advised I needed to buy new ram. Didn't pressure or try to sell me anything. Just straight advice. I ended up buying new ram sticks elsewhere and the issue was resolved.
Price: $80 for diagnostic (which was the same at the other place so I guess this is industry standard).
