THEY OVERCHARGE AND UNDER DELIVER!!! My husband and I went here to have a stereo and back up camera installed. I used them for 2 vehicles before (2009 & 2015), everything went great. This experience was completely different & 100% worse. They kept my car hours beyond the promised delivery date (we drove out from Pennsylvania) - but hey, that's not a big deal. When we picked up the car, we found that the microphone on the Bluetooth didn't work (sounds like a wind tunnel), when we plug our phones into the car the camera (video chat) is disabled. After the car sits for a few hours, the stereo goes back into demo mode. And sometimes the stereo doesn't power on when we start the car. We called & told them our issues, they told us to bring the car back. They kept the car for 4 more hours. When we got the car back, none of the issues were resolved. As winter approached, we found that we also have an issue with the heat. Our defroster wasn't working because the vents were improperly adjusted when the stereo was installed (had to have it repaired). Our heated seats are no longer working because they relocated the buttons during installation, now the heated seats don't come on. We paid a lot of money for the stereo, camera, and installation...and now we have to pay MORE money to have problems resolved that Rt. 1 Auto Sound caused by their shoddy work. I would give zero...

STAY STAY STAY STAY STAY AWAY FROM THESE PLACE WORST PLACE EVER THEY DO NOT WARRANTY THE JOB . ALL THEY DO IS LIE AND BLAME ON THE COSTUMER EQUIPMENT .. I TOOK MY CAR TO INSTALL AUDIO SYSTEM I TELL THE GUY I WANT 1 AMP FOR BASS AND 1 AMP FOR VOICE .THEY TELL OK EVERYTHING IS GOOD AND THEY WILL DO THE JOB ..AT THE MOMENT I DID NO INSTALL SPEAKER I JUST INSTALL THE AMPS THEY CHARGE ME $250, WHEN I WENT TO INSTALL THE SPEAKER MY SELF FIND OUT THAT BOTH AMP ARE RUNNING BASS . I WENT BACK THEM AND TELL THEM THE ISSUE I WAS HAVING , THE FIRST THING THEY SAY WAS THAT MY RADIO IS A CHEAP RADIO AND IT ONLY HAD ONE (RCA OUT PUT ) DONT KNOW WAHT THTA MEAN NOT A AUDIO EXPERT ANY WAYS . THE REASON IM MAD IS BECAUSE AFTER ALL HE SHOW ME THE SAME RADIO I HAVE AND TELL ME IT ONLY HAVE 1 RCA OUT PUT AND THEN SHOW ME ANOTHER ONE AND TELL THEM THATS THE ONE I NEED TO DO WHAT I WANT IT .THAT WAS HE SOLUTION AFTER TAKING MY MONEY AWAY AND HE KNEW FROM THE MINUTE I WALK IN BECAUSE I HAD THE RADIO . THEY DID NOT APOLOGIZE TO ME AND DID NOT OFFER ME ANY OTHER SOLOTUIN ALL HE DID...

I came to have my subwoofer replaced everything was fine for a few weeks then the amp started going into protection mode constantly. A month later my whole system starts getting choppy sounding like a loose connection or bad ground. I take it back to them and they say it's just loose wires and they put tape around the wires. Fixed nothing so i kept my whole system off. A week later I turn it on and SMOKE starts coming from my trunk. I pulled the sub to see what happened to my amps discovering the terrible hookup job they had done... The ground and power cable had fused together causing the smoke all the wires were jumbled up and looped and they had stripped the screws on the amps so they sauteered it to quick fix their fk up. I had to go to my job to get it cut off and then unhook everything and rewire myself. If I wanted to do it myself from jump I would've never gone here. Now i have to replace my amps from them stripping them. How do you post negative...
