NO HOT WATER!!! NO MICROWAVE! NO FRIDGE! Manager/owner had no idea how to handle hot water &knew about it all day I found out after complaining Much later. This guy has been managing this place for at least a year and still acts like he can't do anything! Barely checked us in from a reservation because I got a discount 3 dollars less then they require to get to stay WTF. And the Smell of Mildew! No room or office amenities like coffee even in the morning. Clerk wanted a $100 deposit for this place!! We did Not comply with that. The room we got Smelled Strong like MOLD & Mildew like a cellar! This was surprising since they have nice looking Real tile on the floor throughout the room and shower (no bathtub only shower). That should prevent those issues IF PROPERLY CLEANED. With the color of the tile you cannot see right away if it's very dirty or moldy. But it Was. The clerk said it was the only room clean with the 2 queens I needed even though they only had two other guests.. , so this is an issue with their not getting enough staffing. The room also was definitely NOT CLEAN. There was lots of dirt, grime, little things in the corners edges and all over the main floors and Walls (yuck) ; the bathroom toilet was clean, but the floor and shower wass NOT with build up of dirt in every corner of the bathroom and behind the toilet. The shower drain was full of hair and there was hair and Thick Grime all over the shower walls and basin. I could see this despite the camouflage color. Again, this is quality of whoever cleans the rooms which is such s Simple 20 minute job and with tile should be Easy to do Well! I couldn't change hotels at this point in the day and didn't know about the NO HOT WATER until later. I left to buy a powerful cleaner with a mold & mildew killer. I have done that for Many an affordable hotel but at least this one has Nice Real tiled floors and bathroom so it worked Very well. I did clean the entire floor and bath. The floor really needed to be swept first but I couldn't and the desk manager said he didn't know where any of the cleaning stuff was... The white wash rag of theirs I used turned Completely brown. I also wiped the grime off the shower walls and floor and got all the hair out. Disgusting. I cleaned the AC/Heater, which Did have Clean filters (often overlooked). But the Mold Smell seemed to be coming from this the Most. I used a product with antibacterial and anti mold. The bathroom had some smell but it didn't last after drenching it in that bleach based product. As well the toilet seat was loose and looks like they didn't put the screws on right to be able to tighten properly. I requested a microwave and fridge... All hotels should have these in a room nowadays, microwave for sure. They had no coffee in the room or at the front or any thing like that. The desk person stated only the "executive" rooms have microwave and fridge... But that's not even an option when reserving!!! There is another hotel right across from this one that actually looks like they were once together and it is called "Executive Inn" and apparently this people of India owns it also & this same manager/owner checks it in from this hotel. I insisted I needed microwave bc I packed for that for snacks. He obliged and we got it an hour or so later after going back to the office to make sure. If you call them you get a supposed call center, but it sounds like the desk clerk manager and is a Local number and he says he has to check his "manager" for Everything, just like in person. But they didn't call before taking the money from the bank so... whatever. If you only need to sleep and nothing else and don't worry about getting pneumonia from mold or whatever dirt and don't care if you have Hot water for a shower (!?!*#$@!). Then ok, stay here. It's a WASTE of a hotel that Could be decent place by American standards but they are ruining it. No wonder no one was there and Everyone that came and checked in the night I was there checked out only a short while later, probably because of NO HOT WATER. Sad. Will...

My daughter reserved a room for her BF that was gonna be in town for about a week. She reserved for 8 nights gets. The evening she was pick him up from OKC at airport she went to check in. Unfortunately she had left her ID at my house. The man working ask a lot of questions that did not pertain to renting a motel room!! He was rude to her. After picking up her ID from my house this individual would not rent her the room! He stated her ID didn’t look real because of her hair length and color!!! She paid nearly $300 which has been taken out of her account!! They refused her refund. Told her to go through the website. Since when do they take the money before check in? I would not use this place!! We have great Motel owners in this town. Go somewhere else!! I need to add one more thing. She reserved a room on 10/26/23 for 11/1/23 through 8 nights. The motel withdrew $312.00 from her account on 10/27/23 the amount for the entire stay without a check-in!! When she went to check in this evening he first wanted to charge her an additional $300 for a SECURITY DEPOSIT!! Seriously? Then all of the above happened. I read other reviews the same thing happened!! This...

08/11/2023 UPDATE.... TERRIBLE SERVICE!

We made a reservation for four nights, booked online (through the corporate website). The owner wouldn't accept the rate. We were on the phone with OYO, who said they would take care of it... Nope.... Had to pay again, MORE! Another family member booked through priceline, same situation... the owner wouldn't accept the rate.

Mind you, we have booked this place many times, never had an issue!

LAST TIME STAYING HERE! 👎👎👎👎👎

We have traveled fir the past 11 months (mainly in Europe). Came to Oklahoma to visit family and stayed here in Elk City at the OYO for two nights. The check-in is at the adjoining hotel (Executive Suites, I believe owned and operated by the same owner),. Our room 105, was very clean and looks like it had been partially renovated/updated, as the shower and toilet were brand new). Oh and the king bed was fabulous and new!.

Just a few reminders, no hairdryer, refrigerator or microwave, also if you want daily housekeeping let the front desk know in advance.

We will be back in a couple of weeks, so if anything has changed, I will let...

We are on a cross country road trip and just needed a place to lay our heads and shower for the night. We arrived at 11 and the office was closed with unclear instructions about where to check in for the Executive Inn and Suits (where we thought we were staying) so we had to go over to the Oyo office which is the office for both places. This place is a joke. There was hair in the shower, no hot water, no toilet paper, blood on the sink. The rooms were just nasty. They are attached to another hotel (executive inn and suites) where we booked a reservation and they acted like they didn't have that reservation. They booked us into the cheaper motel (oyo) on the attached property after 45 minutes. We were absolutely exhausted at this point so we just took it to get some sleep. There was no remote for the TV even. Ill post pics of it all. It was so bad we just brought our own pillows and blankets and slept on top of everything.
