Isaac Jackson Hotel — Hotel in Elkins

I was in King Suite, very clean and very very nice! The staff was friendly, I did get that room for $99 night because I was at another hotel that was booked so they matched their price to get me in, I stayed the night got up for work and came back. Whenever I got back I asked to pay for another night because I really needed another night because I was exhausted, well the staff manager came and looked to see if she could and said for me to come back in 30mins which was my check out time. I came back down a couple mins before 12pm and asked her if she figured everything out and she said that someone already booked the room online and she couldn’t change it or move me/this because they “specifically” asked for 2 King Suties to be side by side, I said you couldn’t of told me like hours before hand?! I had to hurry to pack all my stuff and leave to another hotel because the only other thing that was Available was the $299 Suite. They were kind of rude about it and I think it was very disrespectful for them to treat me like that. I had over $500 I asked if I was to pay the full price of the room if they could keep me in it just for the night, and again she said “no way” I don’t understand I think it has something to do with discrimination we get a lot of it here Elkins, and it goes un-punishable. For anyone who is worried about. That be careful here because I was treated poorly. It was a very nice hotel I’m not saying it wasn’t, I think they should’ve handed the situation...

This place really exceeded our expectations. The hotel was SO clean and nice!! Most hotels I’ve stayed in have a musky smell in the hallways and the hallways are hot and wet from kids getting in and out of the pools but there was NONE of that here. The entire hotel smelled so clean like fresh linen. The elevators were even super nice! Our room and bathroom was immaculate. The bed was so comfy and last but not least.... we had an unfortunate circumstance and needed a sanitary napkin. We called the front desk to ask if they had any and they said they’d check and see and someone could bring one up to our room. Next there was a knock at the door from housekeeping and the lady gave me a sanitary napkin FROM HER OWN PERSONAL BAG! how nice was that??????? i just can’t say enough about how nice this place was. We came through elkins for a train ride and when we return, we won’t be staying any place else but here! Thank you...

I am Diamond member with Hilton and typically stay no where but on a Hilton property. We were in town for the Polar Express and my parents had booked the hotel. When I first arrived I thought it was a Curio - Hilton, that’s how impressed I was. The rooms are a very spacious layout rather than jampacking everything in. Had a fridge in our room as well as updated Direct TV and very nice flat screen! The beds were THE ABSOLUTE MOST COMFORTABLE BED I’ve slept in at a hotel. Everything was very clean snd fresh! Lobby had a great relaxation area for the family to gather around the indoor fire place! If i’m in Elkins again I will stay...
