Rack Shack BBQ — Restaurant in Fairbanks

I got a half rack of the St. Louis Ribs and it came with two sides. I got the coleslaw and the potato salad. The ribs were absolutely amazingly phenomenal. Literally the best ribs I have had in my life and I did a bbq tour of the American south and these ribs demolish all other ribs. Seriously, wish I got a full rack. Cole slaw is the tangy kind, not the milky kind. I prefer the different style but it was still yummy. Potato salad tastes like an Auntie spent all morning making it from her grandmothers recipe. Absolutely delicious and affordable food, with generous serving sizes. Awesome customer service. I've tried several items from the menu and have never been disappointed.
