I got a half rack of the St. Louis Ribs and it came with two sides. I got the coleslaw and the potato salad. The ribs were absolutely amazingly phenomenal. Literally the best ribs I have had in my life and I did a bbq tour of the American south and these ribs demolish all other ribs. Seriously, wish I got a full rack. Cole slaw is the tangy kind, not the milky kind. I prefer the different style but it was still yummy. Potato salad tastes like an Auntie spent all morning making it from her grandmothers recipe. Special food! Like WOW kind of food. Reminded me the most of Texas BBQ. Will go here again and again, great service too.

My favorite is the AMAZING Birria tacos, available on Fridays. So good! I also love the smoked chicken thighs and the ribs. All of their sides, especially the coleslaw are delicious. A must try! Newest menu from 8/22 Come support Rack Shack!

These are probably some of the greatest people you will ever meet in your life. The fact that they make the best barbecue in Fairbanks, is a bonus.
