Everything about our stay here was simply perfect! It was immaculately clean, has everything we could possibly want, was super reasonably priced, is just a few minutes away from the gorgeous Seven Seas beach which has a nice combo of shade and sand/surf. Even from the terrace in the morning while I drank my coffee, I could a small view of ocean! I will definitely stay here with my kids again and again!! Don Ruben the owner was super nice and communicative. I texted him while I was home and he responded and we got our stay set up...

Cleanest airbnb that we have ever seen, also the cheapest in the area! The host was nice and accommodating. We could see the little personalised and thoughtful things he did such as providing sun screen, sun burner relief cream, mosquito treatment and so on. We would come back...

Not only love the clean/quiet environment, but Ruben was very communicative, and a very nice person. It was close to the Ferry Boat to the islands, Snorkeling Puerto Rico and a shopping area. I would absolutely recommend staying at this...
