Don Fausto Pizza & Grill Restaurant — Restaurant in Fajardo

I’m not one to leave reviews especially bad ones, but I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. I came in with my family of 6+ people and we all ordered drinks and dinner. Everyone’s meal was served except mine. We waited 2-3 more minutes to see if the food was coming and then we notified one of the wait staff that we had a meal missing. Our waiter had not put in the order and came back to tell me they were making the order and it would be up in a few minutes. A while passed and the rest of my family was practically done their dinner but my food had still not come out. After seeing several other people who were seated after us be served we flagged down the waiter again. He then admitted that they had made another mistake and my food had not even been started. He told me they could make me a different meal entirely that would be faster so I could eat. Because I was hungry and had waited so long I agreed. The food still took another 15 minutes before it came out. At the end of our meal after receiving the bill we noticed that we had been charged for my meal (which was not even what I originally ordered). The waiter has initially told us my part of the meal would be taken off but then came back saying the manger said he could not take off my meal. First visit and I had the worst experience... they served me a uncooked pizza !!! Cheap ingredients truly nothing especial about this place just the location that’s all. Don’t get fooled by people that claims that the place it’s awesome cause it’s sooo far to even been close to that!!! I take food very seriously . I told them what happened I was almost at home and they told me to bring it back to put it in the oven 5 more minutes and I think that’s just nasty and sooo anti hygiene !!! I do not recommend at all .. that’s my honest no lie just simply my experience first and last time that’s for sure!!! Take care of you’re health don’t eat in that place!!! There’s a guy that claims that the sauce it’s the best of all Puerto Rico please don’t listen to him the sauce it’s from a cheap can !! If you want to taste really fresh products this is not the place you want to go !!! The food by itself shows the inexperienced employees they have and in the kitchen ohhh boy it has to be an horror scene!! Tastes cheap and very very ordinary ingredients!!! They have soo much to learn !!! The worst pizzeria in all Fajardo !! Cheap places around make pizzas way better than them so I don’t understand all the hype!! It’s sooo bad angel Manuel (melaza) gave them 5 stars cause I’m pretty sure he gets discount for promotion so of course for him it’s the best food in the world!!!...

We were excited to eat here as a family of 8 people, and had enjoyed the pizza to go previously. They brought 7 of our orders, but forgot one meal. Ok, no big deal we can just wait a little longer for it. We told our waiter and he said he would handle it. An hour passed by, they still hadn’t brought the forgotten meal. Meanwhile, MULTIPLE other tables got served the exact same meal that they forgot to give to us. Finally after well over an hour, our server said they accidentally thought the food was for another table, and asked if we would like to switch to something quicker since they hadn’t even started cooking the meal at this point. Since by this time everyone else had long finished there food, we agreed to the quicker menu item.

After this whole ordeal, we thought they would at least comp the one meal that was forgotten. Nope, they included it on the bill and refused to take it off. It was clear it was not our waiter’s fault, but that his boss would not let him comp the meal despite forgetting it TWICE. Very disappointing service and they did not seem at all apologetic.
