Extremely poor service and snooty attitude of floor personnel. Brought my watch in for a new battery. Salesperson talked me into a full service of the watch. Two weekis later I called to find out if the watch was ready. No, but "he'll call you about it tomorrow" I was told. No one called for another week. I then went in to retrieve the watch to take it elsewhere, and was told that it had been ready for three days. I asked why I hadn't been called to tell me it was ready. I was told that someone had called me about it, but no record on my cell phone that any such call had been made. I was charged $50.00. A week later I noticed that the watch was losing time rapidly and the second hand was stalling frequently. I took it back to Royal and suggested that they forgot to give me the new battery that I had requested. The clerk argued with me that that was unlikely. He suggested I leave it again to have it checked out. The watch repairman was right there but wouldn't look at it then. I asked when I could expect to hear from them about the watch and was told maybe next week. I grabbed my watch back and walked out, never to return. I immediately took it to a watch shop where they confirmed that the battery was shot, and I had a new battery installed in 10 minutes....

She was beyond helpful the second we walked in and started looking at engagement rings. She listened when I told her exactly what I wanted and didn't push me in any other direction. Unfortunately right after we looked was when COVID came into light. Therefore, when the ring was ordered it took a longer than usual to get it in. Kelsey constantly checked in with them and made sure we were getting what we wanted.

I had not had occasion to frequent Royal Jewlers in the past, but I popped in today less than an hour to close in hopes of getting a pin replaced in a watch bracelet. My son had broken it and I hoped to wear it to a wedding, knowing that my timing would probably not work.
I was greeted kindly walking through the door and brought promptly back to Mr. Scott Dauner watch maker. I was politely informed he was in the middle of a job and I would need to leave my watch. I would have happily done so, but sadly needed to leave for the wedding this evening. Mr. Dauner interrupted his work and fixed a new pin in moments and I was on my way.
